Had been looking around for a set of alloys for my 2014 C class, but wanted a set that looked great but not too aftermarket, so I brought a set of 19" 3SDM 09 alloys, they were ordered, and Andy was my contact at Performance alloys, Andy called me to point out a small technical detail, that I needed to know, and I just then had to wait for delivery, which was prompt and on time, and I was kept informed regarding my delivery, Everything was seamless from start to finish, and now they are fitted I am more than happy with my choice, I would not hesitate in recommending Performance Alloys, or using them again

I have used your company on several occasions too purchase accessories & upgrades for my Ford Ranger . All the staff are very helpful and will answer & sort any questions, delivery is fast & reliable a 1st when getting stuff delivered to Spain. Great all round service would not hesitate to use them again.

This company is so good. I ordered my wheels and a few days later Andy had called me as my wheels wasn’t in stock. The fact he took time to call me was so nice and the wheels arrived a few days later packaged amazingly. I’ve now got them on my car and so happy with them. 1000% would recommend

Ordered a replacement wheel of them..it turned up damaged and no centre cap..called them and they refused to sort it..will never use them again..plenty of other places that will appreciate customers and sort issues that's raised..

First time ordering from Performance Alloys. Sent a few emails before picking out my wheels, emails always answered promptly. Very knowledgeable staff, was surprised how quickly I got them since I live in the United States. Came with proper lug nuts and spigot rings. Arrived looking great!

Never use or buy from this company. One of the worst customer services.
Selling faulty damaged goods

They threaten you with court action because of their failures.

The lies they tell, The wheels have been sat in my dining room for 9 months waiting to be collected . its strange how 4 "brand new wheels" are damaged.,. so more lies

Friendly process from start to finish. Wheels came from Germany, and despite a few minor delays, I had them at my door in 2 weeks. Good price and good comms.

Easy service to use. Through no fault of Performance alloys I had to wait 2 months as the specific wheels i wanted weren't available as manufacturer was behind in production (the norm for anything these days since Covid and Brexit). Chris was able to reassure and keep me updated with delivery times. So don't worry if not in stock, Performance alloys will do their best to get you sorted as soon as.

Had been looking for some alloys for my Mercedes C250 Coupe for a while, and eventually chose a set of 3SDM alloys, the price was great, in stock, rapid delivery, and peace of mind buying from a reputable distributor, very easy process from start to finish.

Spoke to half a dozen supposed wheel suppliers, my car is too old for their system so "computer said no"
Andy at performance alloys found a set on route to the UK already, got me a spectacular price and delivered them when he said he would. All sorted in a 15 minute phone call and
then kept me updated by email throughout. Professional service without a doubt. The rest are all talk.

When seeking technical advice about suitable wheels and tyres information was instant. Prices were the best I'd been given.
Order was placed at 2.00 in the afternoon and wheels were in my garage by 10.00 the next day.

No problems from start to finish, got everything sorted for me and made me at ease with the whole process.

I had a set of spacers on my L200 but the steering vibrated badly between 60-70 spoke to Chris who assured me their precision made accessories wouldn’t give me the same issues…… product arrived swiftly……fitted them….tested for vibration at high speed, no problems at all….. i can now enjoy my car again. I highly recommend purchasing from performance alloys, thankyou Chris and thank your team👍🏼
