After a frustrating experience trying to deal with a Dutch company while in Canada, this company was a refreshing change. All communication was prompt including the arrangement of overseas shipping. The wheels for my Sprinter arrived well packaged and on time. I would definitely use them for future wheel purchases.

Purchased a set of black alloys for our citigo they arrived in good time. The car looks fantastic and worth every penny spent. Thank you Performance Alloys for your quality alloys.

Long post so take a seat.

First time buying alloys. Thought this company looked good so pulled the trigger. Wheels arrived. Left on the side of the road in the pouring rain and unsigned for. Boxes were like used teabags by the time I found them. How they weren’t stolen I don’t know. PA blamed the delivery company, fair enough I guess but still shouldn’t happen.

To preface this next part, I had requested a custom offset that was very specific due to my vehicle being lowered. The man I spoke to even rang me to double check my order was correct before he sent them for drilling, which was great customer service by the way. Well, it would have been…

Next problem: specs on the delivery note and label on the boxes were different to what I ordered. I ring the company. Bloke checks my order and assures me that all the specs are correct and to ignore the dispatch notes.

Turns out the offset is not the size I ordered.
The centre bore was a smaller size than stated.
The spigot rings I bought separately were swapped out for cheaper ones that actually fitted, which would have been included for free yet they pocketed my money regardless.
The bolts they sent did fit but they were shorter than they should be.
The load rating was wrong but luckily didn’t affect me with my PCD choice but any other fitment and they would have been under weight.

I still don’t know if they’re going to fit but it’s too late to send them back. I spent hours and hours researching the correct spec and the attention to detail on their end just didn’t reflect the attentiveness that this service requires considering the importance of wheel specs.

These alloys are the last part of my build and it’s been nothing but stress instead of excitement. Pretty disappointed.

Great service and prompt delivery.
After contacting a few Vw styling shops about a set of alloys I wanted for my transporter, I was told that I would have to wait at least 3 weeks for delivery. I contacted Performance Alloys who went the extra mile and contacted the supplier and found that they had them in stock .
They were delivered to me the next day . It shows how many other suppliers just can’t be bothered.
10 out of 10 for Performance Alloys we always be recommending to others first.

It was typical of me to order wheels that came all the way from America when I wanted them quickly (my own fault). However Performance Alloys where great at keeping me updated on my order and very fast at replying when I had any concerns. I was so impressed with the amazing customer service! Brilliant company and completely trust worthy, worth every penny! Chris was the one dealing with my order, and he was great so thank you Chris and your team.

Unfortunately both sets of bolts that were sent with my order did not allow the wheels to be mounted to the car. First set was for the wrong PCD holes (multifit wheels) and second set were too long. Would only be suitable with spacers.

Fast but wrong delivery and now it takes forever until everything is arranged to be able to return the wrong goods. Still waiting for a return document after a week.

Delay after delay. Quite disappointed 😡

Although it took longer than expected Andy was in Comms throughout and my delivery arrived eventually. It was shipped from another supplier and around jubilee bank holiday time. All is well that ends well. Thanks a lot
