The discount was not worth the 3 weeks it took to be delivered. The wait time was ridiculous. I will never use the service again. I'll buy in a shop at full price instead of waiting so long for delivery.

Dear Colm,
Thank you for your comment!
When I check your order, I see that it was created on February 27 and shipped within 7 business days. Sometimes there may be delays due to the intensity of the transport companies, but it is not possible for us to intervene in this situation.
We process orders in order and during peak periods it can take a while for us to ship orders. Our team is working to keep this period as short as possible. If you re-order, we will work to deliver your order as soon as possible.
If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
