Zero stars. These snakes set up a stand in howth today, had children women and men stand around while they shouted free perfume, did this whole play on the perfume being free, laid bags out in front of my kids and let on they'd (a long with everyone) would be leaving with some freebies, had the kids excited to get something to then only say last minute that the free items came with a 30euro purchase. Bad business and I hope yous don't secure the Howth seafood fare for next year due to the snaky-ness of your little sales pitch. 👎👎👎👎

SCAM and hustlers.

After you by products for shipping within EU, it turns out Perfumes Club did NOT pay for customs, so you will get an extra bill for customs/tax.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Horrendous customer service avoid at all cost the bad reviews outweigh the good and for good reason, bought a fragrance using Clearpay to pay, was given confirmation via Clearpay but never received any confirmation from Perfumes Club, no despatch info nothing, silence, a bit like their customer service on WhatsApp, silence, after telling me there was no order linked to my details (there absolutely was and I’d paid 2 instalments to Clearpay) they ignored every single other message I sent, I’d waited almost 2 weeks with silence and then this afternoon it just turned up, there’s no order linked though 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️terrible terrible customer service and I will never use again. Pay attention to the bad reviews!!!!

A terrible service. I ordered a perfume, which was not delivered on the due date. I complained and was told that the product had not been sent but was then given another delivery date. The perfume never arrived.
I have made a claim on my credit card for a refund.

Like other reviewers I was a bit nervous after reading the bad reviews but for me the service was very good. I ordered a Good Girl perfume set for a very good price. The tracking was updated regularly from the destination till delivery. Took about a week to arrive. The set looks genuine. I personally would recommend.

Ordered a GHD duet product that I want to return as it has a Spanish moulded plug on it. Not only did it take 14 days to arrive but there was no mention of the plug not being a uk one on their website. I didn’t know it was a Spanish company. They say they show the European plug on their website as a pop up but thats not true. Hopefully I can get a refund via PayPal.

I ordered via the French website, the package has been written as delivered. I did take the insurance to avoid trouble that I already saw in people's reviews. However, this did not protect me and appeared to be useless. I would never recommend using this website, they don't care about you and people's satisfaction in general. I've already ordered on more rubbish websites and turns out they had better policies with clients.

I have been sent an expensive GHD product that I want to return as it has a Spanish moulded plug on it and I didn’t know it was a Spanish company who don’t have the same returns policy as the UK and don’t collect my produce and trying to get out of me returning them for a refund! NOT happy as their site says .co.uk and nothing abnormal to make me think otherwise. They are bombarding me with ‘you cannot return your item’ even though I contacted them on Sat when received and it’s not Monday. Fuming!

Ordered from the site for delivery to the UK after 2 months nothing has been received and their service agent is saying time has elapsed for a claim, which is rubbish. I am disputing the transaction via my Credit Card company. Do not use

I have previously ordered some perfume from this site and it arrived on time and as described AND at a really good price. I must admit though I was a little worried when ordering a 200 ml of Diesel Only The Brave Tattoo men's aftershave as to whether it would come or not as there a few negative reviews from some saying they never received their orders and contacting the company didn't always get them responses.
I need not have worried, AGAIN the service was excellent, the order was processed promptly, ordered on 11th July and it arrived well packaged on 18th July, it was trackable and absolutely no problems with it.
I bought this aftershave at almost half the price of many UK retailers both online and in store, very good value.
I would definitely buy from them again.
And this is a 100% genuine and honest review from a satisfied customer. I decided to leave this review as often we are eager to review things negatively when things have gone wrong but rarely when things go right.
The company deserves a pat on the back for the good service and price, plus hopefully this will help others to make an informed decision and buy from them, I couldn't find cheaper.

I have bought 1 Million EDT and Aqua Di Gio’s new Parfum from this site. After reading all the negative comments i’ve became a bit sceptic and scared that i might get duped, but that was not the case…. They have shipped me the original perfumes and for very good price. The staff on facebook messenger were very helpful by the way!

If you want to have buyer protection, like let’s say if the goods are damaged and/or fake… you should buy through paypal because you can file a complaint via paypal and paypal pays you back if that is the case

Well, I was rather concerned at having placed an order *before* I read the reviews about this company, however, my order has arrived very quickly, well packaged, authentic item, excellent pricing. I am truly delighted with my experience of Perfume’s Club. Absolutely deserving of my 5 Star Rating 👍🏼

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PERFUMES CLUB. THEY ARE LOCATED IN SPAIN BUT NOT OBVIOUS FROM THE WEBSITE. I ORDERED DEODORANTS FOR HOLLAND. DIDNT REALISE MY ORDER WOULD COME FROM SPAIN THEN THEIR PACKAGING IS TERRIBLE. IN MY FIRST ORDER ONE ITEM WAS SMASHED DUE TO BAD PACKAGING AND THEY WOULDN'T REPLACE IT. SECOND TIME (NOW) THE ORDER HASNT ARRIVED AFTER A MONTH. IT ARRIVED IN ROTTERDAM I BELIEVE FROM YLTRACK AND TRACE 2 WEEKS AGO IN A POOR STATE WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS AND HAS BEEN SENT BACK I UNDERSTAND ALTHOUGH NO ONE IS ANSWERING ME. CAN'T GET PERFUMES CLUB TO REACT, RESEND OR RETURN MY MONEY. OUTRAGEOUS AND APPAULING SERVICE. WILL NEVER ORDER THROUGH THEM AGAIN. BE WARNED ⚠️ 😡👎😡

WAITED ABOUT 6 WEEKS FOR THIS ORDER AS IT WAS SENT BACK BY THE NEDERLANDS DELIVERY COMPANY TO PC IN MADRID. SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE PACKAGING. WELL THE PACKAGE FINALLY ARRIVED TODAY! GUESS WHAT. CONTENTS AND BOX DAMAGED. UNBELIEVABLE. NO INTERNAL PACKAGING AROUND THE CONTENTS SO GLASS SMASHED. CONTENTS SPILLED EVERYWHERE. MY HUSBANDS BLEEDING AFTER CUT OFF THE BROKEN BOTTLES. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTALLY USELESS!!!

Perfumes Club non mi ha mandato tutto quello che ho pagato, ordinato 6 pezzi e solo ricevuto 4 pezzi. Poi alla reclamazione (io ero nei tempi a secondo le condizioni di vendita e questo me lo hanno anche confermato) mi hanno scritto e mandato un foglio da compilare, io ho compilato tutto e rimandato indietro e poi dopo un po di giorni ad un tratto mi dicono che i tempi adesso sono passati. Adesso non mi rimane altro che passare il tutto all'avvocato.
Attenzione truffa! Non ordinare niente.

Perfumes Club unterschlägt online bestellte Waren, indem sie Ihnen weniger zuschicken als bestellt und bezahlt. Reklamationen werden durch Perfumes Club zeitlich hinausgezögert bis die "Reklamationsfrist", die nirgends erwähnt wird, anscheinend abgelaufen ist.

Perfumes Club détourne les marchandises commandées en vous envoyant moins que ce que vous avez commandé et payé. Les réclamations sont retardées par Perfumes Club jusqu'à ce que le "délai de réclamation", qui n'est jamais mentionné, soit apparemment expiré.
Danger! Fraude! Ne commandez rien.

Good experience, I ordered here a ghd hotbrush for my GF as present, I was scared in the beginning when reading the reviews, but it arrived in 1 week as stated by their policy, recommended!

Still waiting! No communication re delivery although very pro active when taking my payment! Funny that will let PayPal know I think 🤔

Order number E7351919 was not delievered in a month.They didn't make a refund. Just do not order anything on their website. Scammers!
