The item was shown as in stock at the time of order and payment was taken but no communication followed. I had to call the company to enquire about the delivery date to be told that the item was discontinued and I have not yet received a refund.
Payment taken when products unavailable
Order placed 31.01.23 and payment taken. Email received on 08.02.23 stating items refunded, no explanation given, refund received on 10,01.23. Poor communication
Inexperienced staff and terrible customer service
First, I ordered a product but did not get a reference number. Worst still, I was not sent a confirmation e-mail. 5 days later, I called the office severally regarding my order. I was asked my order number, I told them I wasn’t given but they kept arguing that I should have it. They did not provide other means of resolving the issue. The person behind the phone does not understand English properly, so I asked him to pass me on to someone else, 10 minutes after nobody came for the phone. I was forced to end the call myself

I was refunded for some of the items that were out of stock in my order however it wasn’t the correct amount I am still owed money I have tried emailing but the email address is invalid and no other way of contacting
December order results in January cancellation.
Ordered the product on December 29th which wasn't shown to be out of stock in the website and was then notified on January 10th that the order had been refunded to my card. Not great at all from a customers perspective regardless of all the other efforts made to communicate and get the order processed.
HAVE NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT YET NO RESPONSE FROM THE BUSINESS
I have placed and order on the 18th December. Haven’t received it yet. I emailed them on the 22nd asking the whereabouts regarding the order, No response. I have doubts are they genuine business or fraudulent activity take money from customers and never deliver the product!!!!!

Placed an order on 27th November still not received told due to Royal Mail strikes there is a delay, but I have not even received an email to say it’s been dispatched. The system shows order placed but not dispatched all this time. Their customer service is shoddy they don’t respond to emails I will have to cancel my order I will never purchase from them again!
Good store with good stock
They have most products I use for me and my daughter. I only gave 4 stars because 2 items were sold out after I placed the order. I got a refund tho. I wasn’t just happy I didn’t get the 2 items as they were the most important part of the order. Asides that Perry Barr cosmetics is a good shop 👍👍

Misssed two packs
I received my order was on Monday 14th November 2022. I selected pack of 7. I missed two packs. I received pack of 5.

If I could give them 0 star I would! I’ve placed an order two weeks ago, and after chasing them nearly everyday, they first lied to me telling me my package has been sent, then I’ve asked for a tracking number. And oh, all of sudden, I’ve just received a refund saying the product was out of stock.
If you are not able to handle your inventory, you need to stop selling online. A shame !!
