Excellent Service…
Very quick delivery and very good communication. Didn't have the number I requested due to a high demand of the product required but sent me what they had in stock, which was 50 per cent of what I ordered, telephoned me to let me know and processed the balance refund immediately. Really impressed with their customer service. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

One item missing from my order .
I received my order with one item missing . Trying to contact the company was difficult .I sent a few emails , but they were unable to be delivered . I also sent them a couple of messages on their website , but no response . Finally I contacted Shopify and I then received an email from Perry Barr Cosmetics saying that I had been given a refund for the missing item .I will check and see if this is so .
The goods that I did receive were fine , packed well and delivered quickly .However Customer Services leaves a lot to be desired.
