Excellent service and very quick delivery

Placed order and had to follow up a week later as no further communication from them re shipping. I was told they didn't have my item in stock but they did have a small version which I did not want, so I asked for the order to be cancelled. I emailed to confirm the cancellation and now 4 days later, again, no communication and still no refund...... Not a legitimate company!

Online shop is a scam avoid and shop elsewhere. They take your money and do not send the items they also do not refund avoid and shop at another business that is actually legit and not just trying to screw people over and take their money

This company are really on the ball ,before I could turn round the product I ordered on likewas in my post box!!

I used to use this product some years ago. I have not bothered about it for some considerable time and I looked for it on line and hey presto there it was.

For the cost of the delivery! It takes far too long. I could have bought elsewhere and had next day for the same amount or less. I’ve had to buy hair products whilst I wait! Wouldn’t buy again for that reason.
