I purchased a custom Persian tray from Persiada and when I saw the finish product, I was very impressed with the quality of the work. It looks spectacular! The craftsmanship and the details are fantastic. The owner and the staff at Persiada really care about their clients. The service was excellent. Persiada kept me informed throughout the process right up to the delivery to my door.

My backgammon set just arrived. I love it. Their sales representative and I communicated over WhatsApp and discussed exactly what I was looking for. A traditional handmade Iranian backgammon set. You know, the way a backgammon sets are supposed to be made. Solid wood. Piece by piece. With precision. We exchanged several photos of the set that matched my expectations. The artisan work was flawless in the way he matched up the knots of the walnut root. It took a little over 6 days from The Netherlands to the East-coast US. Fast. They packaged the set extremely securely. I highly recommend Persiada to anyone for one of a kind gifts or family heirlooms that will last forever .

Unfortunately the item I ordered couldn’t be shipped from Iran to my location. Persiada was very responsive and alerted me within 12 hours and gave solutions by suggesting stock alternatives available in Europe or a full refund. I opted for another item of a slightly higher value — without hesitation they obliged and shipped it immediately. I received the item in a few days and it was perfect. I’m really impressed by the customer focus and service. There are very few ‘shops’ that provide such high-standards in service delivery. The selection and quality of items are also a reflection of the top quality I have experienced.

First, this company has amazing products and it has equally amazing service. I ordered a few things from the website and then some custom things with which I am VERY Happy. Excellent quality. Then I went back and got one more thing. Dr Davood-Nezhad was very organized, communicative, and timely. He checked in at every step of the way, sending videos and pics of the work in progress. Shipping was well organized; I wish more businesses were run like this. I have a feeling I will be back.

I just received my ghalamkar tablecloth and could not be more pleased with both the tablecloth as well as the service. The service was above 5 star and so helpful during the entire process from selection right through to shipping. They even did a follow up upon receipt to ensure I was happy with the order. The tablecloth was exceptional both in the quality of fabric and the vibrancy of colors. Keep in mind that I have in fact visited Isfahan where the tablecloths are made and have purchased from there as well. Trust me, this tablecloth is an excellent quality and a true work of art.

I liked the quality and the craftsmanship of my first order with Persiada so much that I placed a second order. I am enchanted with Iranian hand stamped textiles and for some reason, they are hard to find.

Service was first class. I was promptly emailed after payment and communication was great when there was postage delay of just a few days - posting to nz during COVID early days. The Jewellery Box was delivered without hassle.

The box itself is top quality and the wife was very happy with to receive it on our anniversary.

I am very pleased with my purchases from Persiada. The products bought were good quality and their CS is second to none. There were some issues with shipping due to the on-going global pandemic reality. Nevertheless, Persiada, shipped my purchases using NL postal services and then even switched its shipping to UPS to guarantee delivery and honor their delivery SLAs.
I recommend them and their products are beautifully crafted.

I have been very pleased with my purchase - I bought a very nice "Termeh". The item is exactly as described online and the shipping was very quick.

When my item was delayed through Canadian customs for a few days - as it usually does - they promptly contacted me on their own to provide any support if needed.
