I found Persis Persian Handicraft to be extremely helpful, efficient and very prompt in addressing any issues I raised regarding my order. Despite the slight delay in delivery due to the Christmas holidays which was out of their hands, I was very happy with the way it was handled as they kept me informed every step of the way which I found very reassuring. Persis Persian Handicraft is definitely a company I trust completely and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service & amazing products
Persis Crafts is amazing. Their service is fantastic: they replied within a few hours or faster, and made a great effort in helping me to find the item I was looking for. I was guided through the whole process. The product arrived in great condition and was very well wrapped. Moreover, the pictures on the website look great, but the product looked even better in real life. Overall, I am amazed by the item I received and by their service. I would recommend Persis Crafts to everyone.

I should confess it was beyond my expectations! First, their well-organized and customer friendly website caught my eye and then, beautiful masterpieces. The costumer service is very responsive.
