I had a cat that I adopted from someone else, it turns out that Iryna Daubner is the breeder listed on his birth certificate. My cat passed away unexpectedly on 3-10-24 at the young age of 8 yrs old. As I am researching and finding so many bad reviews lots of things are making sense now. Unfortunately my sweet baby knew how to hide his illness very well to the point I didn’t even suspect that he was ill, and his last day on earth he slept the entire day, which wasn’t alarming because he did sleep a lot. But the following morning I found him dis eased, from what I suspect was a urinary disease.

The first time I bought a kitten from this woman, the cat died within 2 weeks. I was young and dumb and could tell the kitten was sick. It was a beautiful cat and I dint mind nursing her back to health, as I've done this several times successfully. This is the only time the kitten died in my care. I figured these things just happen and I moved on. 5 years later, I planned on buying a beautiful black female. She was responsive at first, then was getting distant. After a few weeks, she told me the kitten I wanted had an eye infection and that it had gotten so bad that her eye needed to be removed. She asked me for 300 dollars to pay for that surgery and I can have her for "free". I skipped on that. Few more years pass I find this gorgeous super sweet male. I bought him from her not knowing it was her. The kitten looked very healthy and was very sweet. Everything is great for about a year. He starts peeing on everything out of the blue. Took him to the vet several times, he had 2 surgeries on his bladder and his pp. Given fluids and all kinds of treatments and special expensive foods. But the problem still kept happening. I couldn't bare to put him to sleep because he was the absolute most sweetest baby I've ever had. I had to give him away to someone who can hopefully treat him w success and I told them if they ever put him to sleep, please don't tell me. This all happened a year ago and I think about him all the time, it's making me tear up now. Do not give this woman any money. It's only keeping a cruel cycle going. She does not care and stopped replying to me. I never got a health certificate with either kittens by the way, which I didn't know was illegal. Be smart. Be safe.

We also adopted a kitten from Iryna 3 years ago. First year he was fine, very sweet kitty my son picked out and loves. Second year, we started having problems with infections with bladder and urinating on leather furniture. In February last year, 2022, the vet said he had a bladder stone and infection. We gave medicine and started a special diet of food which is very expensive. He seemed ok for a couple of months, but needed antibiotics several more times last year and several visits to the Vet costing $$$, and changed food to different brands to see if it helped to shrink the stone. A bag of Royal Canin SO cat food is now over $100. The Royal Canin and Hillside Cat c/d can food we also gave and that is about $60 for a case of 24 cans. More visits to the vet every one costing over $300 for sonogram, urinary analysis and culture etc. Still he was not better and we were told he has Pandora's Syndrome, a chronic anxiety disorder and our home life is too busy for him. He needs a quiet home with no other pets and someone who is very calm and nothing ever changes. This week, he just had surgery to remove the stone costing over $800. We now spent over $2600 in Vet bills and he will have to be on special food for the rest of his life and he is only 3 yrs old. My son is on the Autism Spectrum and age 14. He is very sad to have to give his kitty to someone else because we can no longer keep caring for him. Iryna's kittens are adorable and very sweet, I looked for reviews and found this page and I am sorry to have to report we have also had an unhealthy cat that we adopted from Iryna, we have also experienced severe illness and costly Vet bills. Buyer Beware!!!

Sold me a kitten with a fake health certificate. The kitten had many health issues and ultimately underwent an exploratory surgery to find the cause of the constant diarrhea and anorexia. The kitten had incurable intestinal lymphoma. Iryna was unresponsive with all communication. Do Not Buy!!!

This lady sold me a unhealthy cat I had him for about four years now and he has constant urinary issues and is in the hospital in an out for the most of his life I was told that he needs to be put down because of all his previous issues I tried to let her know he was sick and she didn’t care and she’s very shady if you look her up on Google you’ll see a news report showing that she was selling bad cats do not do it it’s going to be cheap and it’s

Cheap for a reason

I wanted to share my experience with this breeder.
Irena wants cash payments for her cats.
She sells them without health certificates but will tell you after you have driven 2 hours that she will have to mail it to you .
I purchased my male Persian from her September 14 2019. I texted her his photo and she said he was available. She knew I had a 2 hour drive . She brought other males but we had fallen in love with him from the moment we laid eyes on him
She said he had been to the vet on Monday and was the only kitten that didn’t need any medication like his other 3 siblings
She told me she didn’t have his health certificate on her (she knew I had a 2 hour drive ) but she said she would mail it to me
I completely trusted she would do the correct thing
I texted her that evening because he wasn’t eating and she assured me he was fine just having detachment issues and told me to feed him chicken and goats milk
I noticed within a couple of days he had bloody stool and I notified her that I was taking him to my vet.
She was acting frazzled and told me he had been vaccinated because I asked her which ones . She spoke in circles and never made any sense . She said she would understand if I wanted to return him but wanted me to give him more of a chance so I did . She had so many opportunities to tell me the truth about Milo and DID NOT.
You see he died on November 16 2019. I spent 3000 on him trying to save his life . He died from Fip and was severely anemic . I had to rush him to a well known veterinary hospital in order to get him a blood transfusion and when I texted her to ask her to please tell me what his medical background was she IGNORED me knowing I was trying to save his life! She never sent me his health certificate either like she told me. You see I called the department of Agriculture on her because of her unethical behavior. She was investigated by the officer. She also had another complaint filed against her by another customer for selling a kitten without a health certificate 7 days after my complaint. The officer got Milos medical records from her vet and the officer found out HE NEVER RECEIVED A HEALTH CERTIFICATE like she told me! He was not healthy enough to get one but she sold him to me 5 days later and completely lied about his health. She had so many opportunities to do the right thing and didn’t. The state attorney’s office got involved and Irena pleaded guilty to 2 counts of selling kittens in the state of Florida without a health certificate. Irena is on probation and you can verify this since it is public record. She was ordered to pay me the price of the cat . I’m out 3000 and had to deal with the heartbreak of my child crying herself to sleep because her little kitten died just 8 weeks after being part of of family. The day he died he took a piece of our hearts with him. He suffered and Irena could care less by her ACTIONS! We never got an apology from her when she got the text he was getting a blood transfusion and I asked her to please tell me the truth about his health We got NO RESPONSE! It was heartbreaking loosing him but at the end of the day he died knowing he was loved . I kissed him and told him I loved him while in my husbands arms and he took his last breath from that moment. I just had to post my experience . I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else . She is on probation for the next 9 months.

There no cats sold without health certificate. They can get sick for many different reasons. It is not always breeder's fault. Did you notify breeder?, you know that breeder can help , and he always does.
Public place? well, it safe, so it has to be clear, so as cash . Unfortunately bank charges for fake checks not who wrote it. Cash is simple, debit card would work as well.
Just statement "sold without health certificate" is NOT TRUE unless personal responsibility was taken ( waived breeder's responsibility for an animal }or kitten was free

The owner of the business meets with people at a public place, takes only cash and does not give you a health certificate. She tells you to say that the pet was a gift.

My daughter purchased a 9 month old Persian cat who she did not know was sick. She was told the cat had his shots and was healthy. The cat hardly ate and looked malnourished. We had to take him to the Veternarian multiple times to run tests and after hundreds of dollars spent, we were told the pet had a blood disorder and liver disease. We had to put him to sleep because the treatment was extremely costly and there was no guarantee the pet would survive. The cat was so sick his eyes were yellow, his ears were discharging a yellow fluid, barely ate any food and looked in agony all the time. It was such a disappointing and sad experience we had to go through. I will never forget how my daughter was sobbing at clinic. We only had the pet for nearly 3 months. In the meantime, the business owner continues to sell cats and there are no reviews about her Persian cats or services. Please beware and do not buy any cats from this website.
