The customer service was the best I have ever seen

We reserved and completed within about 6 week sale team were very friendly and helped us through the whole thing couldn't ask for any better

Amanda, the sales rep for Persimmons is a lovely, helpful, knowledgeable, professional woman. I could not have asked for a better introduction to the company. She is a credit to you.
Andy, the site manager, is also excellent, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable.

It would have been very helpful if it had been made clear what was included in the build as Finishing Touches booklet starts with an upgrade so we wrongly assumed they were all upgrades. On our viewings only the washing machine was mentioned as not being included, I said I didn’t need a dishwasher but did need the plumbing for one, but was not told that wasn’t included anyway and therefore assumed a fridge freezer was included. Request for pan drawers in place of cupboard was noted, charged for but not installed.
Now care has moved to site Craig has been very helpful.

Despite written promises from Persimmon’s legal team I arrived with my movers to find out the house was not signed off by the NHBC or ready for move in. I was fined by my mover for this. Their legal team will promise anything to make you complete and do not care that the property is unfinished.

I was put into an airBnB and all my belongings were abandoned in the garage. Persimmon promised me labourers would move me into the house. These did not arrive in time so I had to move everything fully alone including breaking down my own furniture to get it into the house. Help came for the white goods.

No lights work downstairs. No water upstairs. The water issue impacts the entire phase of the site. The View Phase 5. I am 6 days post completion and these issues are not resolved. Customer care are defensive if you question any issues, making excuses or being confrontational instead of apologising. I am pursuing legal action.

Throughout the process to date, Charley and Olivia have been very informative, supportive and helped me through the journey thus far

We had marks on one of our patio doors. Which we could not remove with a number of cleaning products.
We were expecting a visit from Dave the plastic surgeon to look at the problem on Tuesday. As he was in the area he called on the Monday to see if he could look at the issue.
After trying a number of products, he was able to remove the marks. You would not know they had been there now.
A lovely gentleman, he explained every step he was doing. With a great result.

Both Giles and Kate were and continue to be very pleasant helpful and professional. We can't fault them for anything. They were as keen for us to get into our new home as we were. Also Mason? The site manager was very professional and helpful. We can't wait to move in on 15th July it's been a very stressful process.

The members of staff are very reliable approachable and easy to talk to which we believe is important to people who are buying their first home.

The team is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and supportive. From the very beginning, everyone has been approachable and willing to offer guidance, answer questions, and share their knowledge. All the information I need is provided clearly and is always readily available, and the team is consistently available to offer assistance whenever required. Their open communication, willingness to help, and collaborative approach create a positive and inclusive working environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Being part of such a welcoming team has made it easy to settle in, build confidence, and carry out my work effectively.

The reception and steadfastness.

Everyone was very helpful, the friendliness of all the site staff. The finishing touches within the house were very good and not expected, ie door stops to every door to prevent damage to walls.

I had Liam as my sales advisor, he made buying the house so easy! I’ve only just moved in so I’ve got a list of snags which I’m confident will get done so let’s hope Persimmon are as excellent as they have been throughout the buying process in their after care. Liam is very organised, approachable and helpful, no complaints.

Jo-Anne and Brenda at Blairgowrie site were amazing during the process. It was to purchase my first home and they did not make me feel pressurised into any decisions I made. They made me feel at ease, supported and stress free.

Persimmon did everything to help me move in quickly including paying a months rent to my buyer. I felt supported throughout the process and continue to feel supported by the customer aftercare service.

Just bought a house on forest view, it's beautiful. All persimmon staff that we dealt with during the process have been incredible.
