I traveled from EU to Nigeria and in the beginning it was a great option but after few days my money remained frozen on the account and in critical moment I could not pay something important (hotel).
Tried to write to customer service several times but they were just replying that it is on the overview and will get back to me soon.After 3 or 4 days I was able to send the money back to my account and didn’t try to use the app again bcs I was scared that the same issue would happen.

Pesa is always very first and international transactions go through within few minutes. Customer service is 100! Always able to talk to real people to get any network issues (which barely happens) resolved.

Pesa has always provides a great service with competitive rates and your money sent and received within minutes.
The app is easy to use with no complicated transfer method and quite secured.

Pesa is 1 of the best transfer apps I have used since I have been doing transfers here in the uae once the money is in the app forget it's as good as getting to your destination,but they still have to work on the delay in deposit.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My money has literally been stuck in this app for over a month now, they tell me to verify my account and I did using two different valid IDs but it’s keeps giving me an error message that the ID is not clears? Asked customer service for a number to call nothing, sent them messages they don’t reply .

I've been doing my exchange with pesa for over 3 years now and I have never had an issue with them. I have also introduced some of my friends and they're all happy doing their transactions with pesa. Please keep up the good work.

This app is absolutely brilliant! Fast, user friendly, seamless, good rates and efficient..well all these so far and it's been almost 2yrs now. Very happy with the service.

First of all I doubted the genuinty of the application, but to be realistic I have been convinced and not confused with their genuinty and promptness in their remittance both receiving and sending . And I can guarantee you out there if they continue like this they will become the best App in the financial institution.

I had a money transfer to India through pesa , its been more than 48 hrs since the transaction was initiated and its still pending , Customer service provides no support at all and ask to wait only

Exceptional service and performance

I have been using for over a year and I don't have any issue.
It's secure (so far), free, fast and fair rate.

When i start using the app, my limit was 25,000 monthly, transaction was going great and they do create instantly until one day everything changed, they reduced my monthly limit to 4,000 and they don't credit instantly anymore and you have to write them to complain about the transaction before they'll start working on it and it's going to take hours before you will see your money... This app now is the one of the worst ever

Customer Service I would say is great because they're prompt in solving setup issues and it makes continuing your transaction smoothly. So far their rate is higher as compared to others I have. I have recommended it to friends who are also extremely happy having the app and it fast and reliable.
