I think Pesa is trying to do something…
I think Pesa is trying to do something good. My money got stack with them for about 30 hours. But in the end, the money went to where I needed it to go. After that experience, it's been very very smooth honestly. It takes about 1 minute for my transfer to be complete. So I think people should decide for themselves of they want to use it. I continue to use it though. I also wish that Pesa will provide some clarity on why such prolonged delays happen.

I traveled from EU to Nigeria and in the beginning it was a great option but after few days my money remained frozen on the account and in critical moment I could not pay something important (hotel).
Tried to write to customer service several times but they were just replying that it is on the overview and will get back to me soon.After 3 or 4 days I was able to send the money back to my account and didn’t try to use the app again bcs I was scared that the same issue would happen.
