The bait boxes were easy to use, load and inspect. The bait looked and smelled appetising (as far as I could tell, not being a rat), but I can't really review its effectiveness, as none has actually been taken after about a week. On the other hand, no rats seen since.
Prompt delivery. Contents as described, product instructions clear to allow immediate deployment. Signs of bait being taken after 3-4 days & pair of rats not seen in daytime since, so assume product effective.
