We worked with them on a few occasions and we really appreciate the way they deal with pest problems. Our problem was solved after the first visit.

Used Pest control 24 London to help with a cockroach infestation. They came and provided a deep spray down of infected areas whilst also providing gel treatment. They have also provided the assurances of revisiting 2/3 times if need be to assure the infestation has died out, so provide an excellent aftercare service to ensure the job has been effective. Definitely would recommend their services.

Got one of their technicians at around 2:00 AM. They caught and removed the mouse from one of our bedrooms quite effectively. They also treated the place at the same time. They came a few weeks later for a follow-up and blocked the gaps. We are very happy with their service and the price, more so than with my past experiences with other pest control companies.

Advertises call back within an hour - don't hold your breath. No one called back so I phoned again. Was offered an appointment for 3pm next day. Never mind what they advertise or that I had a rat in my bedroom cupboard. 24/7 Ain't what it used to be, obvs. I called all five companies advertising 24/7 pest control in London. None actually appear to offer a 24/7 service for various reasons. fairly appalling but at least I got an appointment the next afternoon, so ratty and I just had to work round each other.

Hilarious - three years after my review they respond disputing that they do not answer calls within an hour.
