Good product with a small caveat
The pet tag came quickly and is good quality. A word of caution though: the silver-coloured tags catch the light an it caused great anxiety for my dog, who found himself constantly trying to "catch" a light spot that kept dancing away from him. I have taken the stainless steel tag off his collar and ordered an aluminium one in green, hoping that the quality will be as good.

Poor quality product
Order was easy and came fast. However unfortunately it is a poor quality product. The writing has all rubbed off on both sides. The name and phone numbers can no longer be read, and my dog has only been wearing it for a couple of months.

We send orders with free postage, and rely on Australia Post to deliver them. Most orders are delivered but some take longer. We have no control over this. We sent your order on 4 August, 5 weeks ago, and since then we have not received any email from you to let us know it has not arrived.
