Following my previous review, the following message came from the seller "Based on the incorrect review you posted on Trustpilot, you will not be in the first shipment this week. Roses are not coming out of a box but from a field. "

On the plus side: They stocked a rose that had been discontinued everywhere else. I ordered it online on Dec 14th and it arrived a week later in the UK, well packed and in pretty good condition.

On the down side: Communications were non-existent from the company. I sent a few emails, phoned, and used their online chat, but never got a single reply.

Good site, easy to use both French and English. Great choice of roses

I wanted to purchase a specific rose bush for my garden in England but have it delivered to an address in France where I would be on holiday.
The website was easy to use and communications about the purchase & delivery were fantastic.
The quality of the rose was of high standard and it was well packaged.
Highly recommended company.

Fast delivery. But I was disappointed that the roses have black fungal desease. At the lable of one rose it's name was strikethrough and the name Sourire du Havre was written above it. This rose has a flower head only 5 cm and I'm also not sure if it is the correct rose sort at all.

I experienced a fast and efficient delivery. The quality of the product as well as the package was very good as I expected. Included in the "colis" there was a useful guide for the proper use of the plant.

Mostly ok, except rose had some die back on some of its shoots.

Petales- de-roses were very efficient and helpful despite I do not speak french and I am ordering from UK. They had to advise me of additional delivery cost, and I then needed to increase my order. All done smoothly without fuss.

I ordered roses on the 10 of July and did NOT receive a date or any information about a possible delivery. I tried to contact the company and I'm still waiting for an answer to my email.

I saw this rose last year when a friend was bought a shrub. It was a very beautiful and healthy specimen.

When I received my rose I was disappointed to find it has signs of black spot and fungal disease.

Received very quickly and in a good condition (much better than I expected thank you). Nicely potted, in leaf and in bud (although about five had fallen off there were still quite a few on the bush). She looks as though she is thriving.

Great quality of flowers. And the delivery was prompt. This is only the second time i've bought roses from there but i'll gladly do it again.

I received my order correctly, with very good looking plants and they ship it fast and trackable, not much more we can ask for, the roses come with a Massad catalogue and instructions. Very friendly service says it all.

This year I ordered roses from 4 different companies, in UK, France, Germany and Netherlands. Petales de roses was by far the best. I will certainly use them again. The roses had very well developed root systems and have immediately sprung to life in the garden. Well packaged too. For many years I used English rose companies, but I have found recently that the quality has gone quite downhill. Putting the Petales roses by the side of the Peter Beales roses was quite a revelation. The Petales were immensely superior ... and not as expensive. Very happy.

The two rose plants was delivered very fast. The only problem was that the transportation (that was a bit expensive) took about a week during a very hot summer temperatures. The plants was very strong so I could cut them down a bit and now a month after planting they are growing really well. So I got really good and strong plants that I'm confident will do very well! When you get so good plants it's worth the extra cost!

My first small order of bare-roots I did for fall 2012 planting. It was a trial. I was concerned about the quality of bare-roots and the delivery to Switzerland as it`s a little bit different than to other European countries . The delivery was problematic, as with a first courier my roses did not cross the border and were sent back. The second trial was successful. I was informed about all movements and, of course, worried a lot. ;)))) BUT the quality of bare-roots were just outstanding! ;)))) The roses from Petales -de-roses are the best performers in my garden now. I am happy about it,and this time I ordered 27 roses and look forward to get my beauties! You have very good choice and I like very much roses, bred by Dominique Massad. The service is perfect - I really appreciate website in English as unfortunately I do not speak French and all communications, support is very helpful.
