my order was delivered and my dog opened the package and ate more than 50 dollars of greenies and other bones,,,guess next time i will give delivery instructions to protect the contents,

I was pleased and excited to find the Wellness Salmon and Venison stew at the price we got it at (with free shipping). However, when they arrived, most of the cans were some level of dented, from kind of to severely. Since that's the kind of thing that compromises the seal on the can and changes the food from food to fatally toxic, that's a problem. There was no padding (bubble wrap, etc.) in the package, so the cases of food were banging around during shipment - not sure if that is what caused the denting (seems likely), or if the cans were dented before they were shipped (some of them were in the middle of a shrink-wrapped case, so not sure how they got dented otherwise), or both. In any case - the food is no longer cheap if i have to throw some of the cans away to avoid poisoning my dog, and i won't order from this company again.

I was in a crunch to get my pet food quickly and exact, I can say pet best did just that.

We couldn't find NutriSource food anywhere and our rescue really liked it. He is a golden with a beautiful coat and we really didn't want to change his food. Pet Best not only had it available, but now it is delivered to my door. I love the convenience. The price is pretty good too especially with the autoship option.

I really enjoyed talking to the very helpful customer service woman. She was able to answer all my questions and get my order set up efficiently while still being friendly. The choice of products as well as the pricing was really what had me calling inthe first place.

I ordered an herbal allergy powder for my dog. Couldn't get him to eat the powdered supplement in his food but really wanted to use the product. So called customer service and spoke to Kaitlin who was very polite and spoke clearly. I asked to return the opened product and purchase the pills instead.... Hadn't realized I couldn't return an opened product but instead of telling me no, she asked to put me on hold and speak to her manager to see "what else they can do". To my surprise and satisfaction, they offered to send me a bottle of the Allerqi in pill form, free.... And told me maybe donate the powder form. I was surprised! Asked Kaitlin to thank her manager and literally received the pills in 2 days! GREAT SERVICE! And it was all offered with out having to ask. Thank you!
