I am not so sure I really want to have future orders automatically processed but that seems like that is the way most of the companies are going in regards to getting (and keeping) your business so I went ahead and enrolled in order to take advantage of the deal being offered. Very fast and reliable service they provide. I had an acurate tracking system for may package and the packing was protected very well with plenty of air pouch bags. No dent or damages to my 36 canned cat foods! I loved it.

I chose PetBest because they had the best price on the food I was looking for. My dog has allergies and can only eat certain foods. They are quite expensive (he eats better than I do), so I am always on the lookout for who has the best total price for the three items I need: canned whole meat, dehydrated premix, and grain free kibble. One or two items is always on sale somewhere, but I need the best price on all three. PetBest came in a whopping 8 dollars less than the closest competition (Pretty much all of them have free shipping over $49 now) so I chose them. It turned out I hadn't noticed the backorder label on one of the things I ordered. Before they shipped the order, someone contacted me and told me they'd send part of it now, and part of it when it came in. That was fine, and my order arrived in three days, except the backorder. I emailed that day, asking when it would arrive, and the guy knocked on my door just as I clicked send. They had sent it express and it arrived about an hour after the main part of the order. I was pretty impressed! It was my fault, and they still expressed it to me. These guys also seem to have a larger selection of 95-100% meat canned foods. I usually stick with By Nature, Evanger's or Merrick Before Grain, and they had all three, plus others that are more expensive. It's also nice to be able to get everything in one place. I usually have to order from two or three separate places to get everything. IMHO, PetBest gets an A+++++++++++

I had been buying my pet food (dogs and cats) from another online company, the service was slow, but the food eventually came so I did not look for another company. The last order from the other company never came, when I contacted them as my pets were nearly out of food I received the comment "Oh, we have been out of that...". I was NEVER notified of a lack of pet food from them and had paid them well over $159.00. I quickly found PetBest and will never look for another company...the service is fast, the quailty great, and the price better than other companies.

I was so excited when I found Petbest on the Internet, for they had the products I needed at a cost that was affordable. Unfortunately, when my pet food arrived, it was already past the expiration date. I called the company that manufactured the food and found out the food was over a year old. I called Petbest, and I am now awaiting a new shipment. Meanwhile, my dog is missing his favorite food, and stores in our area do not carry it. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I am still waiting for fresh food for my pet.

We were advised by a friend to purchase a new type of food for our elderly cat as he doesn't seem to tolerate all varieties. I looked for quite a while in or trade area for the suggested product and couldn't find it. PetBest had the product at a reasonable cost the shipment was timely. Yes I would use this company again.
