I had some questions and an issue but the staff was quick to resolve and all worked out.

My order shipped the next day after I ordered it and arrived timely. Everything was packaged nicely and contained the products I ordered. They also had some great prices. The autoship is a great option. The pet store in town that carries my dog food is always out and its much pricier. I definitely recommend this site if you have pets.

The PetzLife Oral Care Gel with Wild Salmon Oil came in record time and in excellent condition. The product is a miracle worker. No more gum or plaque problems. There needs to be a similiar human product. Fluoride is not the answer. This probuct is!

Something to be said for a company that delivers exactly what they promise with no fuss. They may not be the absolute cheapest, but it is close enough and I will be using them exclusively.

Tis company is great. Order my products and they are on my door step the next day. No more carrying big bags of dog food,up the stairs...Prices are great too. I wish they had a little better selection of dog toys and tee shirts!

I was so happy to have found my brand of cat food as my usual retailer was completely out for quite some time and other retailers were in the same shape due to the company making some product changes. Ordering went smoothly and the order came right as I totally ran out of food so I was very happy. Unfortunately after my cat almost snubbed the food for a day and a half I checked the bag only to find that the Best By date was five months past. I sent an email to Pet Best and quickly had a response with an apology and the promise to refund my entire cost which I requested. I was very grateful for the quick response and of course the refund. I would certainly use this vendor again if the need arises.

It was delivered quickly and my order qualified for free shipping. Very good! The price I paid was even a bit cheaper than I could get it at a store in our area.

I recently received a phone call from PetBest customer service. The representative was nice, helpful and understanding. She went out of their way to listen to me and listen to my suggestions. The representative told me she would call FedEx and ask them to be more careful with the dog food. After our conversation was over I immediately purchased two more cases of dog food, I felt that PetBest were really sincere when finding a resolution to my complaint.
PetBest has the best prices and my dogs love heir Evangers. Thank you PetBest.

My only criticism is that upon delivery my wet food (cans) were dented/crushed. I will use Pet Best one more time and hopefully if they want my business they will ensure that my delivery of my dog food arrives in good conditions.

Just finding a local vendor that answers the phone is not a given. Then, have your stuff? No, pet best does it.

You should try Pet Best, the prices are good and if you order over $50.00 the delivery is free. There was a slight delay with my order as they were out of stock. Pet Best sent me an e-mail to let me know and gave me an new time frame. I'm so glad I don't have to go out to the Pet Store and carry around a 30 pound bag of dog food!

I buy fancy cat litter and fancy cat food. I don't have a car. I don't have a fancy pet shop near me. I order it. It is hella convenient. The end.

While the price is not the best on every item and you have to shop around, it is good on some things and the shipping was free and fast. Would certainly use this website again.
