Damaged order but resolved quickly
My order of 4 bags of horse feed was left out in the rain. These feed bags are not watertight and despite being in boxes they were water damaged.
I reached out to pet circle about it, and they have fully refunded my order and have also reached out to the delivery couriers to prevent this from happening in future.
While inconvenient that I can't use the feed now, their service was exceptional.
Will remain a loyal customer.
I love the variety of pet items, the cost and the free delivery.
I usually keep a recurring order of my pet feed and cat litter

they told me it was delivered and whennot
they told me it was delivered and when i got home asked the hubby where it is and he said he hasnt seen anyhting delivered, so i checked all around and nothing , knocked on neighbours doors and nothing left there. so where is it, they dropped the one before correctly but not the second. i would have gotten them delivered together but it would let me order for the dog next day delivery, so i have to wait a day to do that order and now missing, not happy pet circle

the product arrived in in great…and works as above in the experience box
the product arrived in in great condition with the top secure. The product works well thanks and the white fur on her eyes is going white. not a complaint on you guys but yhe bottle nerds a squirt type opening or similar, unfortunately i found out with a slight knock ,1/2 ended up on the floor, so i guess i will have to order quicker than planned.
