Easy process purchase to checkout. Delivery fast. Only hiccup was delivery driver instructed to leave parcel in safe ( out of view from street access) if no one was home and he left it on view !!

Always have speedy delivery
Always have speedy delivery, and the customer service team is amazing. My cat had some vomiting after some food, they gave a full refund and only requested me to donate the food to a local shelter. A vet also contacted me to give me some advice about the vomiting. They are an organisation that obviously care about animals .
The prices are also always the cheapest by far
