Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. Delivery was woeful… didn’t deliver everything and when advised asked me to provide details. Then when I did the follow up has been zero. Have been a loyal customer for many years but this has to be some of the worst service I have had from any company. And to send me a feedback survey now is nice as I can provide this feedback with the hope that it may push Petcircle to resolve these issues.

I had to put my dog on a special diet, but couldn’t get it anywhere in my city…….circlepet not only had it but at a really great price and it was delivered the next day.
I’ve also compared their prices for other items and will definitely use them for other products.

I placed the order for dog food, I was advised that I qualified for next day delivery. I have ordered in the past hoping for next day delivery and it did not happen. Although this time the order was successful and the items arrived the next day which was very helpful as I had run out of the dog food and the medication that I had ordered.

This company advertises savings, and they are on the website, but if you are a long time customer, the savings will literally vanish for you. You won't be offered them. So, for instance, right now they are having an EOFY sale. But not for longstanding, loyal, customers. Such people will find that the product they regularly buy won't have a discount, but others on the site will be offered a significant saving.
