Ordered Apoquel for my dog
Ordered Apoquel for my dog, sent in a photo of the prescription, (my fault I ordered last day of script), but was still within the time frame, My order was processed, payment taken, 3 days later I got an email to send the prescription via Tracked post, which cost me nearly £5, I thought great. No, I got an email after they received the prescription to tell me the script is now out of date and can't be processed. I rang and explained the situation and still no success, sympathy or understanding. I have gone elsewhere, people I know haven't been asked for the script to be sent before. Plus why ask for the script to be sent if they wasn't going to issue it!!

Poor customer services.
When trying to get in touch with them I had to listen to an almost three minute long message. Then I was told that my waiting time is 19 minutes. This is ridiculous when just trying to get through to customer services.

Pet drugs gave me free express delivery because of a previous delay. They dispensed and dispatched within 24 hrs unfortunately pet drugs were let down by royal mail parcel force who took 5 days days to deliver the meds. Could not find a way to contact parcel force so called pet drugs. Apparently a package is not considered lost until 7 days sfter the expected delivery date. Fortunately i had sufficient to fill the gap but others may not. I have never had a problem like this before with royal mail so hope it was a one off problem.
