Went to Pete Bland’s this afternoon to collect my replacement Silva spike jet zoom compass which had developed a bubble. My son and I have bought all sorts of stuff from Pete Bland’s over the years. We have always been very pleased with our purchases and the expert advice we receive. This was the first time I have ever had to return anything. Pete Bland dealt with the return very quickly (within three working days) and with the minimum of fuss. The sign of a very good business. They even gave my dog some treats. No excuses for getting lost on the 56th OMM in two weeks time. Well done and many thanks Pete Bland’s.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with such a lovely lady. Really struggled to find a shoe I could both run and walk in, and didn't judge when I said I'd probably be walking in them more than running. She was very patient while I tried on every pair of shoes in the shop, and then retried them on until I'd made my decision.

This is great independent running retailer. Have purchased running shoes, clothing and accessories on a number of occasions. They stock a wide variety of quality products. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. For a smaller retailer they are extremely competitive in regards to value and their customer service is excellent.

I bought a pair of running shoes from Pete Bland Sports several years ago and was knocked out by the friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness of the staff that went way beyond simply selling me running shoes. I went back yesterday and was delighted to find that, although there were different staff on duty, the truly exceptional customer service remained just as high. Excellent shoes, but so much more—insight, advice & invaluable tips + a commitment to finding you the shoes that are right for you, even if these are the less expensive option.

I took my Mum (80+) to Pete Blands this morning. I went knowing it would to be a challenge to find something she was happy with but understanding that she wants to keep walking despite problem feet. Cath was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, kind, patient, if I could rate her 6 I would :). Suffice to say, we purchased a pair of Inov8 that Mum's chuffed to pieces with. Brilliant shop.

Great service, fast delivery. Had a pair of trail shoes split after 6 months, a replacement was with me within 48 hrs of reporting the issue.

Ordered a pair of Inov8 Roclite G 345 GTX as a replacement for the same. Great boots. Great price. Great service. Highly recommended.

After messing around trying to deal direct with innov8, I bought the shoes from Pete Bland online, very easy service, good value and item arrived swiftly in the post. Will definitely use them again and pop into the shop next time I'm passing.

Ordered Inov-8 Stormshell jacket, it arrived in 2 days but was too small. Sent back and a replacement arrived again in 2 days, absolutely delighted with product and Customer service is a credit to this company.Would definitely recommend and I will happily use again 😀

Had some excellent, friendly advice from Paul at Pete Bland Sports when looking for a new pair of hybrid trail running shoes. He couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately I ended up buying some shoes elsewhere because they didn't stock my size, but I will definitely be looking at their site when making purchases in the future and look forward to popping into the shop when restrictions are lifted.

This company has excellent customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff. They carry an excellent range of trainers and other running-related kit. I've ordered two pairs of trainers over recent weeks and have been really impressed with the service and also the prompt dispatch and free delivery. Highly recommended.

I was desperate to get a pair of Hoka One One Carbon x and this was the only pace in the country that I could see that had them in my size and stock and at a discounted price. Paid and arrived in a few days in mint condition untouched. Excellent company, would use again.
