I ordered and paid for, a mint used Fiio DAP, for a very good price. However, a Peter Tyson sales person 'phoned a couple of days later to tell me it was no longer available, due to an administrative mix-up, but they would supply me with a new unit at the same price...
This is only one of the reasons why they're the first company I'd contact whenever I decide to purchase hifi of any sort.
They're a five star class act, and always respect the customer. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

Super efficient and quick delivery

I've purchased several items from Peter Tyson online and I've visited the store and in each instance I really can't fault the service. Dispatch is always fast and to date, anything I've ordered has arrived the next day. The description on the used, nearly new and refurbished items has been very accurate. I get the feeling that Peter Tyson really understands the 'sensibilities' of their customer. You can't rely on reviews/marketing or salespeople to describe how you will hear the sound from a pair of speakers; you need to hear them for yourself. My visit to PT was off chance, and my budget was relatively mediocre but despite this, nothing was too much trouble, and the exercise really gave me the direction I needed to make the right choice. In the end, it lead me to pick up a pair of refurbished speakers that I'd never have considered, prior to visiting PT. Listening to several pairs of speakers realy opened my ears to the type of sound I wanted to hear!

Was looking for a new subwoofer after my old one died and got what I think is a great bargain on an Acoustic Energy AE subwoofer on clearance, getting it for less than half price after signing up for the free VIP club.

Delivery was very quick, within 2 days of ordering and the subwoofer was in excellent condition.

Very happy with my purchase and experience and will be checking Peter Tyson first when I need new AV equipment.

I bought a beautiful Sonus Faber Omnia from Peter Tyson. Their pricing was fantastic so took the plunge not knowing the firm very well.

The speaker arrived in great time and worked perfectly. However I could not get the controller working and started to regret not using my local store. However I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Liam W. He patiently diagnosed the issue, then sent me a video of him removing the battery compartment when I couldn’t do it at home. Now everything is working brilliantly and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service.
