Had a problem with the first TV probably from delivery company but was sorted quickly and professionally without a fuss and second was spot on.

If Peter Tyson stock what you are interested in then I cannot conceive of a better service and value for money deal.

Easily searchable website made finding what I wanted quite simple. I liked that alternative suggestions were made for me to consider. I found the online shopping experience positive and I was updated with accurate information regarding the deliver of my purchase and when to expect it. I will continue to use Peter Tyson for my hi fi needs.

Superb experience with Peter Tyson. Traded my old gear for new Quad 3 amplifier and CD transport. Trade in values were higher than expected. I also traded my Focal speakers for Quad, but the Quads weren't right for my room so I wanted to swap back. Liam W was a star and arranged this with no quibbles. I highly recommend them.

Fast delivery excellent service

Thanks to Peter Tyson I was able to afford a pair of speakers I would have no longer been able to afford being an O.A.P. I had bought a pair of Wharfedale 12.2 speakers from the Clearance section and was astonished to see and hear that both speakers were in perfect condition and at a great price. I need to start saving for a new amplifier now!

The headphones I'd placed an online order for turned out to be out of stock, so I was offered another (slightly more expensive) pair for the price I'd paid. I was initially happy enough, but when the pair arrived the box was very damaged and had already been opened and resealed - a completely unacceptable condition to receive an item in, but especially one intended as a gift. I returned them and did receive a refund without much hassle, but I was surprised that someone thought it ok to send an item in that state. I probably wouldn't purchase from here again.

I recently bought the Ruark R410 All-in-One Music System. An expensive purchase and one I’m delighted with. Peter Tyson made the purchase and delivery straightforward and smooth. I was very impressed.

Recent purchase of a Loewe radio was great. The pricing was excellent - the best around. Delivery was fast and efficient. Communication was generally excellent, although a small query raised by email with customer services, after delivery, wasn’t answered.

Overall, though, I was very pleased and would certainly buy from them again. They have a huge range of first class products and they never compromise on quality and value.

On time, all equipment excellent - very happy with the service overall!

Tyson’s customer service on the matter was amazing and within 2 days the item was exchanged via courier at no cost or hassle.

Order tv and it was delivered the next day , excellent product , excellent service .
