I've ordered a few items from Peter Tyson, through Amazon UK page, expensive Samsung oled tv through their eBay page and just now i ordered through their own website a pair of heavy Klipsch bookshelf speakers. All 3 orders were dealt with very easily and received very quickly and packaged very well. They are a dream to use, especially being a family company, you feel looked after properly. I am now sat in my house with all I need for HiFi, tv viewing and so so happy now. Thank you.

Customer Service Top Notch
I had a great experience with Peter Tyson, especially Michael, who was excellent throughout.
I had an issue with a product I'd purchased, and rather than brushing it off, Michael kept me updated, dealt directly with the supplier, and worked hard to find a fair resolution. His communication was prompt, professional and honest from start to finish.
It's refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about customer service after the sale. Because of the way this was handled, I'd have no hesitation buying from Peter Tyson again.

Well PT got it right this time
Well PT got it right this time. My last couple of orders were delivered in unsealed boxes which was cause for concern. This time the box was sealed and also placed inside a sealed poly bag, so thanks for that PT. I'm chuffed to bits with the Sennheisers, sold at a great price. Delivery was also pretty quick.
