Fast and Reliable!
As ever, a great price begins the interest in buying from Peter Tyson. Ease of ordering online and visibility of availability are clear on the website. For most orders I have placed, they've delivered in 36 hours and with DPD you get an accurate window for the delivery which helps a lot! Then factor in a free extended warranty on most items, and Peter Tyson is a safe bet.

Are You Serious!
Are you serious, sending this to me. Two weeks and still no tv delivered. I csn only suggest that you find a courier that actually delivers. What has topped things off is thstvat no point has anyone offered to duspatch another tv rather thsn me having to wait in the hope that a tv paid for over two weeks ago arrives!

No fuss and trustworthy
I made a very stupid error ordering an amplifier. It arrived the next day & I immediately realised that I had got the order wrong & needed to return it. The request for the return was accepted quickly and without fuss. The money was refunded in full the same day that they took delivery of the returned item. Throughout the customer service were polite & helpful.

Delivery and set-up of Pro-ject X1 B record deck.
The order for this record deck was handled professionally and the delivery was within the time-window specified. The deck was well-packed and undamaged. Setting up the deck was straightforward apart from the fact that the cartridge was misaligned and I struggled to locate a 2 mm Allen Key. However, the alignment was easy enough.

The equipment was swiftly and safely delivered. Frankly, a £500 discount ordering directly is not something you would quibble about. I would not have thought to look at JBL for Hi-Fi separates; but paired with a NAD amp and Monitor Audio speakers, the CD350 produced spectacularly faithful sound and an excellent stereo sound stage. Nice.
