Having checked you order, I can see that you only selected and paid for delivery and not for delivery and recycling of your old appliance which is why the delivery company wouldn't take away the old unit.

Great experience, super helpful and quick when we had a fault
Great experience, really helpful and responsive company. We ordered a coffee machine but sadly there was a fault with a sensor on it when it arrived. I got in touch and dealt with Liam, and within hours he had orgainsed for the machine to be replaced the next day. I was amazed by helpful they were and how quickly eveyrthing was sorted. That's in addition to the amazing deal we got and the super quick inital delivery. Couldn't reccommend them highly enough.

I recently purchased a Black & Decker air conditioning unit from Peter Tyson Electrical, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The communication from start to finish was absolutely spot on — clear, prompt, and really reassuring.
The free shipping was incredibly fast, which was a brilliant bonus and meant I was up and running much sooner than expected. It’s always a pleasure shopping with Peter Tyson, and this experience just reinforced why I keep coming back.
What really sets them apart, though, is their after-sales support. I previously bought an Arcam ST60 streamer which unfortunately didn’t work straight out of the box. However, the team handled it immediately and professionally — they rectified the issue there and then with no hassle at all. That level of support is rare these days and makes a huge difference.
Overall, fantastic service, great products, and genuinely excellent customer care. I won’t shop anywhere else for electrical appliances — highly recommended!

Come to learn that the cones can look a bit battered on Dali speakers, no mention on advert.
They look very scratched and damaged!
More than usual In my opinion having looked at a few now.
Never seen even a demo pair look this bad.
Lesson learnt !

3-4 delivery turned into nearly a month when it was to be finally be dispatched a date was agreed and they even messed that up!
They are often a couple of £ cheaper but the wait isn’t worth it!!
