I ordered a nearly new eversolo z10 unit , unfortunately it arrived damaged.
I contacted the customer support team who were absolutely amazing, they just arranged for a brand new unit to be sent out and collected the damaged one.

delivery was next working day, ordered on Thursday, shipped on the friday, I was expecting it on the Monday and it turned up Saturday morning. Good service, kept informed and awesome price so much cheap that direct from the brand itself.

Just setting up a Thorens TD125 mkii and a Thorens TD160 Super. I had a Creek CAS4040, Cambridge Audio A60 and T40 tuner, AR18s, vintage Linton and Dentons…could I get it all to work? Nope. I thought I would shop. Bought a JBL CD350 at a huge discount then two days later the JBL SA550 amp. Thrilled with it - sound is fabulous on phono and CD. Brilliant price and delivery/service.

Excellent service all-round
There were a few reasons why I opted to go with Peter Tyson over the likes of Sevenoaks / Richer Sounds / John Lewis. Firstly their prices were better, and I think overall they offered a wider choice of equipment. Also the customer service from Peter Tyson was excellent, receiving e-mails and advice even on a Sunday.
I'm eyeing up a 5.1 system and I'm sure I'll be going back to them for this too.
Although there was a delay in getting the Bluesound Edge in stock, it was only a few days extra. Delivery was spot on, and the speaker / amp / free cables were all in mint condition.
Highly recommend Peter Tyson.
