I purchased a bag of cat food - there is a gorgeous cat on the graphic for this no-risk money back guarantee. My 3 cats would not eat the food at all. We tried lots of things. So I reached out for my money back guarantee. I'm being told it ONLY applies to dog food. It doesn't state this anywhere on their website. I asked them to give me the link that states this - there isn't one. They are using the point that it states 2.5KG order and cat food is only sold in 3kg or 9kg - but again - it needs to be clear that it does NOT apply to cat food no matter what the weight is - and it doesn't.
I'm fed up trying to speak to them - so I'm letting Consumer Affairs deal with it. Deceptive and unprofessional are two words that come to mind. Stay clear - there are plenty of decent pet food sellers out there, thankfully.
