I liked being able to adjust the…

I liked being able to adjust the coverage in all areas to see what it would cost out of pocket depending on the coverage. The process for signing up was easy and I am happy with my experience so far. I hope that I am as happy with the coverage.

Easiest and best coverage around

I’ve been a customer before there were a lot of options and before the cost of veterinary care was crazy, and I’m really glad I chose Nationwide early on. Many of the online platforms UX are the same, but don’t confuse that with excellent coverage like Nationwide. Nationwide offers more tiered options, quicker turnaround on reimbursements, and wellness coverage, which many other companies do not. I’ve periodically cross compared coverage and costs, and Nationwide far exceeds other companies. I haven’t used their free 24/7 online vet yet (thankfully), but it’s nice to know it’s there so I don’t have to sit in an ER for hours for less urgent issues. I have three dogs so it’s not inexpensive, but the wellness visits coverage covers 1/2 of my annual payments, and one emergency visit puts me at the same annual cost, plus peace of mind for any unexpected major medical costs. I’ve only had to call once regarding coverage and the costumer service rep was very nice, taking the time to go over the explanation of benefits. Overall, I give them a 5/5.

Melody was very patience & knowledgeable. Made sure I understood my policy and took the time out to go over every detail. Her service is the reason why I decided not to cancel & added another pet policy.

Yaz was helpful

Yaz was helpful, great, and informative. I’m only subtracting stars because the audio quality was horrible. The audio was very fuzzy, so it was hard to hear what Yaz was saying and I had to ask him to repeat himself many times.
