I love the way these tags look, however I find that they don’t last that long as the rubber tag connector is weak and the tag eventually falls off. I’ve replaced so many over the years. Couldn’t you develop a better connector?

As a bird dog enthusiast I highly recommend PetLink, their GPS, and notably their excellent customer service and client support.

Very fast service with correct info. only problem was the collar was a bit bulky and stiff and used plastic instead of metal on adjustment material so more bulky. The other collars are fine and like the bells.

The units dont hold charge well. Did all the things said to save battery. Had to buy a second unit to put on while charging so my dog stayed tracked. It cost me A GPS Tracking fees

I am so happy I trusted PetLink for my dog’s chip. My little girl got out unexpectedly from a friend’s yard and was roaming the neighborhood having a good old time. That’s according to her. I was a basket case. A wonderful woman stopped and contained her when she saw her loose. She took her to our shelter where they scanned her for a chip. And thank goodness she had one. I was immediately notified by PetLink and the shelter and we were reunited. My girl Tessa was not fazed by the whole experience but I was a mess.

The Silicone Collar Tags are above all others. They don't jingle and hold up to time, great product.

Easy to make my decision on what I was looking for

It was easy to go in and update our address after moving and update info on my puppy. It gives me peace of mind.

PetLink's website is easy to use and especially to edit, which puts it many steps above most websites!

The shirt I ordered didn’t fit because I think they run small

I have not been able to receive the code to register. I wrote and received feedback and nothing worked. Today I called and I have to wait until Monday to receive help.

Order was placed on June 30 and today I get confirmation that it has shipped today July 9. It should not take that long to prepare someone's order and ship it, sad!

The product didn't meet my expectations due to the clasp that comes easily unclasped. The name & Petlink information embroidered is difficult to read. So, if the collar falls off, it becomes ineffective. Someone needs to think of building a collar more like a dog's strength to really work; it should be wider with a stronger clasp.
