We used Gordon’s courier service about six months ago to bring our puppy safely from Germany to the UK, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. Gordon was incredibly knowledgeable about the rules and regulations for pet transport and guided us through every step with patience and clarity.

When we were unable to fly out ourselves, he went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for our puppy’s wellbeing were outstanding.

We’re so grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing safe, well-managed pet transport.

We needed our 5 cats transported to Ireland and got in touch with Gordon from Pets2go2. Gordon was absolutely amazing through the whole process. His knowledge and expertise and friendly manor made us feel at ease and confident and had no doubts about our pets reaching their new home comfortable and safe.

Had a wonderful trip with this company. They transported our dog and three cats as well as my son and I and a goodly number of belongings. The driver was uber safe and great company. Highly recommended.

Just seen this van driving like a maniac, aggressively cutting between cars and across lanes. It was between Slough and Maidenhead with plate AG02PET.
If any animals were in the van then they would be flying all over the place!
Would avoid at all costs after seeing how they drive.

Really great experience with this company when Gordon took me to collect my new dog and bring dog and myself back to my home. It would have been very stressful for me if I had attempted this fairly long trip via very busy motorways and A roads and a ferry crossing thrown in for good measure if I had to concentrate on the driving and worrying if the dog was OK in the back of my car. With Gordon transporting us my dog was safe and secure in the van and knowing my dog was comfortable in his crate during the trip made the whole journey a pleasant experience. When my dog was put in his crate at the start of the journey and again when he was removed from the crate when we arrived at my home he was handled in a calm and caring way by Gordon. Would recommend this company.

Gordon was great in advising, arranging and carrying out the move. 4 cats safely transported across the Irish Sea, from 2 houses into 1 new home. Well worth the money to reduce the stress of moving home. My happy cats endorse this message

Gordon went out of his way to rescue my tortoise, in an unusual situation. He was so thoughtful and kept in contact throughout. He had even taken some food for her to eat on the journey home. I would highly recommend Pets2go2.

Maddie transported our two cats from Spain to the UK, we are so pleased we used pets2go2. Our cats were transported safely, efficiently and comfortably. Maddie got our three cats, my wife, myself and lots of luggage safely back to the East Midlands from Switzerland stress and trouble free, and during the 2-day trip we had plenty to chat and laugh about, never a dull moment, thanks Maddie you're a star and credit to the company!

Kent, England to San Pedro, Spain

When a plan comes together without a hitch, it's natural to you wonder what you have missed?

In the instance of Pets2GO2 and a three-day trip to Spain, nothing. Everything went accordingly from the pre-trip advice and documentation (thank-you Gordon) to the stopovers in France and Spain, and the final (to-the-door) arrival.

Olly, the driver, knew the route, was great company, attentive to the dogs, and made the journey an experience before our destination.

It is obvious., I would highly recommend Pets2GO2 however long your journey or for whatever purpose.

Stand up firm.

Sorry for late review,three weeks ago gordon came to pick up my old lady to take home to hungary.in the pouring rain he was very patient with her 88 yrs old.she enjoyed the journey immensely change over drivers in belgium to maddie who also was good company. I have to say maria is very happy thanks to pets2go2 would recommend to anybody taking there pet abroad

Our driver Maddie was nothing short of amazing. She kept us informed of what happens next, made sure our dog was comfortable throughout, that we had enough breaks, and kept her calm through some escalated situations. Thanks Maddie!

Called for a quote from this company. To transport a dog from Scotland to Northern Ireland. Their website says they transport pets all over Europe. Specifically to Ireland - Dublin, Rosslare and the port of Belfast.
However someone should tell the man who answered the phone that. He didn't even identify himself. The man answering the phone couldn't be bothered what a strange way to run a business. Just said over and over oh well it would be very expensive as we would need to drive to scotland, and we are based in Sussex. Yes I know I saw on your website. How much? then pretended he couldn't find my postcode on google maps. Avoid this disreputable and unprofessional bunch who haven't heard of customer service.

Moving countries is fraught enough without stressing about your pets well being. So from our initial comforting phone call with Gordon, to our final move all stress was removed. Gordon was friendly and professional, nothing was too difficult for him and he went above and beyond to assist us.
The transporter was excellent, when we were uncertain about getting on the right flight, Gordon stayed close by in case we needed an additional move to a new airport.
We have nothing but admiration, and thanks for Pet2go2.
We cannot recommend the service highly enough, 5 stars seems too low for the service that our two dogs, Biggles and CiCi enjoyed, to say nothing of the calm that their owners enjoyed. Thank you again!

From the initial very fact packed telephone chat with Gordon to our cat being brought very safely and securely to Belfast I knew that we were in safe hands with Pet2go2. Gordon was ultra professional and always approachable when we needed help with the Animal Health Certification and what was a stressful house move was made so much easier by Gordon’s caring, knowledgeable, calm and supportive approach…..cat happy and I will always use Pets2go2 in the future….the best….thank you Gordon!

Maddie our driver was excellent. Felt totally relaxed which for a terrible back seat driver like me was a surprise.
