quality products, shame the lead wasn't longer but excellent non the less

I ordered 3 items 2 where delivered fast I telephoned reguarding the 1 item which was not delivered I was told I would receive on the Saturday it is now Monday and still waiting.

Very good service and swift delivery. Only small negative was that I paid by PayPal and didn't receive an email from the vendor confirming my order. This also meant I couldnt "login" to check delivery times or the status of my order. That aside there was a good range and everything arrived safely and well packaged.

I ordered a third black dog head halter....fab piece of kit, and a rabbit skin ball, head halter arrived within 48 hrs, ball out of stock so still waiting but all I. All great.

The equipment is always as shown but the postage is very poor.
Allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery !
Compared to most companies who deliver within 3 days.
I don't know why I keep purchasing from them to be honest ?

Very happy with the order which I received

I ordered a "Black Dogs halti" and they were out of stock of most colours, no problem I'll just order one in stock. Pay for the item, get an email a day or 2 later saying that my order is out of stock (even though I made sure to order a colour IN stock) and that is going to take 2 weeks... still not received it to this day. Terrible, won't be ordering from there again.

My beloved labrador Rowe has recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer. There is nothing we can do, just pain management.
