Unusual products, well selected - dog very happy with her goodies; however it took about 4 days to dispatch which felt like a long time when paying a not unsubstantial amount for delivery. RM Tracked 24 was at least used to expedite the delivery process after dispatch, however it was a fairly large package which would have been better suited to a courier.

I ordered a single item to help alleviate allergy symptoms for my dog. Meant to be 3-5 days delivery. I still haven't received the item 10+ days later. I rang up to find out what had happened to my order, and a few minutes later was simply told - we've had a problem with supplier of your purchased product and so we haven't sent it to you! When I asked when I could expect to receive it, I was told well it won't be until after the Bank Holiday weekend (15 days late)! I was asked if that was okay, and when I said 'well not really, as I have had to go and by the product directly so as to deal with my dogs allergic symptoms, the person said 'Oh, okay, well anyway it should be delivered next week!!! Absolutely, NO CONCEPT of SERVICE or taking responsibility for service failure. Won't be purchasing through PetsPerfect again.

Very Good service and product

User-friendly website, good range of products at reasonable prices and fast delivery, even abroad, with email updates advising me of the progress of my order. Next time I need a pet product I will definitely be going to Petsperfect first!

This is my first order from petsperfect.didnt get the first order so they had to resend it which I received the following day but had to contact them again as one item was the wrong size but they didn't take long to sort things out and they were very nice on the phone and yes I would shop with them again.

I recently purchased a new training lead and I can honestly say I am totally impressed with not only the quality and price but also the ease of ordering and prompt delivery.I will definitely be making more purchases soon

I telephoned the company with a query, member of staff was so helpful. Placed my order online which was easy to do and order was promptly dispatched and delivered.

had to cancel the order due to a back problem and had to get hold of the product very fast. Petsperfect did not quibble and refunded me. Was very grateful for that. I definitely will use them in future.
