Dog crate
The crate is a much better quality than my previous one, particularly the material and poles. They are quite dark inside and difficult to see the dog - If they weren't already used to crates I think I would have problems getting them in. The mat that comes with them is quite cheap and definitely not the same quality as the rest of the crate.

Placed order and payed by PayPal on the 23rd March and have not received item. Emailed Petsperfect and have not had a reply. Have logged a complaint with PayPal and am waiting for a response from Petsperfect. Not very good service or customer care!

Prompt response to my order, provided information regarding its delivery - shame the Bank holiday slowed things down but the Becobed was worth the wait. My dog get straight into it and curled up to sleep.

The anxiety wrap for dogs had been sold before with the bill in the box. It looked like it had been worn before. The wrap was the smallest available but was too big. However, I think they work if fitted correctly.
