i ordered a lead on line on monday it arrived by thursday and i got email conformation to say my order had been recieved and an email to say when it was arriving brilliant service would definately recomend

I needed a particular head collar from Black Dog, Pets perfect are the only company in the UK that supply them. Website is very easy, loads of information for sizing etc., kept up to date with delivery date as item was out if stock.
Very happy with service and price.

The service was really quick (although an email as to when I could expect delivery would be my one very small complaint!) and the products were of excellent quality and well described on the website.

An excellent service, I could not ask for more.

I bought a Gencon Head collar for my dog. The price was good and the delivery was excellent (came within 3 days on standard delivery).

The items ordered where as expected and arrived quickly. This was the first time I had bought from "Petsperfect" and would consider them first for future purchases.

IMAC Linus Cabrio Carrier, I bought two, there are two easy access openings, I find using the top opening is best as our cats
are easier to put in the top, and also easy access to get a hold of the cats when at the vets.
The main thing is the cats like them, and no stress to go to the vets.
Marvelous.

I must say the dog carrying box is excellent value I am delighted with this item it is as. Advertised and a lovely size for my westie I bought the large size my dog has plenty of room in it...and I must say excellent service I ordered it and it was delivered within 3 days I am a very happy customer and will come back to you again thank you Mrs g Davies x

Outstanding service. I emailed Petsperfect with a query about delivery and was astonished that I received an extremely prompt and efficient reply. Never had such a quick reply from a company, apart from an acknowledgement of an email received, but this was an actual answer!
The product is everything they said it was and seems of very good quality. I have used it twice and it has proved really useful, I don't have to put the empty machine onto rinse cycles, just to get rid of the pet hair, anymore.
Would, without any doubt, recommend this company.

Ordering and making payment was easy, delivery prompt, well packaged and items just as described.

just to say a big thank you for Oskar's new bed, he jumped straight in it when I unpacked it, it's really great and would recommend it to anyone.

This box is just what I was looking for. It is a good size and as it has a carry handle it is easy to transport.

The website was very helpful and informative so I could obtain the correct size harness. Ordering was simple and it arrived within 5 days. I could not as for better service and the harness is excellent.

Beautiful, space age litter tray. Tall enough for my cats to turn around in. Fits nicely into a corner.
Cats were suspicious of the cat flap, so removed it until they became use to their new toilet.
Doing well now, less litter scatter to clean up which is purrrfect!!

I ordered 4 pet food storage bins on a Monday. The delivery info said up to 5 working days to receive an order.
When i still hadn't received my order or even had a dispatch email a week later I phoned Petsperfect to get an update.
The girl I spoke to asked me to wait while she spoke to a colleague. I clearly heard her say that my order hadn't been processed for some reason.
She then came back on the phone and told me it had been sent out today and I would get it on Wednesday. I was happy enough with that but cannot give 5 stars for the service as I had to wait over a week to get my order and even then it was only because I flagged it up with them.
However, the product is really great and I couldn't be happier with the food bins. Once Petsperfect realised i hadn't got my order they did make sure I had it within a couple of days, so can't really complain and hopefully my being overlooked was a one off.
All in all I'm pleased. Thank you. :-)

I paid £3.75 for delivery within 3-5 working days. After 6 working days, 8 in all I made contact to be told the item had been dispatched the previous day. I had not been sent a tracking number either, no offer of any refund on delivery. Great product though.
