Wouldn't know haven't received my order…

Wouldn't know haven't received my order despite paying for it and no notification regarding delivery. Says Royal Mail awaiting delivery.

Have emailed twice not even an acknowledgement of receipt of emails.

Definitely won't use again.

Rubbish delivery service

I ordered 2 packets of bone broth as we were going away and thought this would be easier than making it up from my usual powder I buy. They took order and my money but a week on I've heard nothing further despite sending an email and contacting them via the contact form. Not even an acknowledgement which I find extremely rude. They say they deliver within 3-5 working days but looking at the tracking Royal Mail are still awaiting my package 7 days on!! Absolutely rubbish!!

No refund given

The treats are of a nice standard, however my delivery was incomplete as an item had been taken off, but I have not received a refund for the missing item. I have sent an message to the company regarding the refund and haven't had anything from the company. Such a shame having to chase a refund. The quality of customer service seems quite low.

Love the products

Love the products! Our dog is very fussy with food so worried should wouldn’t take the supplements - didn’t need to worry as she had no problems taking them. Delivery was also very quick - very impressed!

We have a £160 order missing

We have a £160 order missing. I placed an order on the 23rd. We have had no tracking number and the order says fulfilled. The tracking number on the order dpd don't seem to exist. I've tried contacting pets purest through email and the page no response.

Edit: jess replied and gave me a DHL tracking number, the tracking says it should of been with me on the 27th last Monday. Its been a week now.

Update: my order finally arrived 🙌 but I will not be ordering again, the customer service is incredibly bad.

Communication difficulties

I ordered two of the same product and only received one. I found it difficult to find out how to contact them about the issue afterwards. There is no phone number.
However, the product is very good and I will order again.

Scam now sorted

Please be aware that the email this company uses belongs to OE Enterprises Limited and the Royal Mail tracking numbers don’t exist. I ordered items which haven’t arrived and all I get is strange emails. No goods not refund and I wish I had read the reviews before buying.
The package has finally arrived. If this company were to publish a telephone number where people could contact them and sort issues out then they may not receive so many Red reviews.

Most recent order was a shambles

My most recent order took longer than usual to be dispatched, and then delivered though this was due to Royal Mail. Emails to customer services were slow to be responded to. Due to the delay of the delivery, I was away for a few days and package was left outside. When returned home, the outer package was damaged and a letter from Royal Mail was inserted inside apologising for the damage and how to claim compensation. One item of my order was damaged, and its safety compromised so not useable. Since the package was sent using Tracked 48 service, only the sender can raise a claim with Royal Mail. Contacted Pets Purest about this, and I am still waiting for a response.
