Order was never fulfilled and no response from them

Ordered some beds, got an order confirmation, and nothing happened for 4 weeks. No shipment, no order update. I called, which went to voicemail, and then emailed, which bounced. I would not risk doing business with this company.

This company is a scam!!!

This company is a scam!!!! I ordered something a month ago and was charged and never received the item. I emailed to complain, no response, then emailed again and the email was returned because the account was disabled.

GLAD I SPENT $100 for a confirmation email and no product

This company straight up took the money out of my account for my order (with expedited shipping costs) sent me a confirmation and then I heard nothing else from them.
I have tried contacting them by phone and email several times and have heard nothing back going on 3 weeks now.
Avoid at all costs! Just want my order or my money back.

Great experience

Not a legitimate company

Never received my items , no response and they never answer their phone. This company is not legitimate. They provided a tracking number but never gave it to the USPS.

NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered a dog carrier for a total of $194 on Oct 9. Never got notification of shipping. Emailed them twice, no answer. Called them, phone disconnected. Tried to send them a message thru Facebook, that didn't work either. Called my cc company this morning. They refunded me the full $194. 3 hours later, got an email from Petswag saying they shipped my merchandise and that a change in warehouse space caused the delay. How does that explain not answering 2 emails, phone disconnected. So I'm waiting for shipment to arrive. Even if it does, I will NEVER deal with this site again. Note at least another reviewer had same experience.

One day later......tracking number they gave me for USPS indicates that USPS have not yet received package from Petswag....that's 30 hrs after whats her name told me it was shipped. This woman is a liar. I've instructed her by email to cancel my order. Of course, she never responds to emails.

Trouble service no response

Trouble service, do not response to emails regarding returns. Good luck trying to return an item or exchanging it for the correct size because they don't give you a return address or any information in the post and just don't respond!!!!! Very disappointed.

Customer Service Shoddy/Unresponsive

Customer Service Shoddy/Unresponsive. I placed an order with PetSwag and received items that were incorrect from what I purchased. I've e-mailed (with proof of discrepancies) every day since the error occurred and have called in three times (with voicemails left) and have yet to be responded to. Company has ghosted me completely and I'm out over $100.

Aside from that, the order also took longer than two days to ship (even though it was paid for).

Honestly, the brands they carry are available elsewhere on the internet (or directly through the brand themselves). For how expensive these boutique/luxe dog brands are, I expected at least responsive support. Be advised, You might be better off going with a different company.

Inadequate Customer Service

As many of the previous reviewers have mentioned, there is very little communication from Petswag once you place an order. I ordered two dog bowls and an extra bowl insert and never received a tracking number. I just so happened to be in my mailing room and saw that the package had been delivered. How long it had been there, I'll never know. The package was also clearly shipped from the manufacturer of the items I purchased and not Petswag. Once I opened the package, I realized that not all of my order had been shipped. They missed a bowl. I've emailed them twice, called multiple times to their customer service line and left voicemails. The only response I've received is an auto generated email saying that my email was received. While their site is nice and they do offer a great selection of pet goods, I will not be shopping with them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
