Inadequate Customer Service

I purchased a Found My Animal rope leash to replace one that we've had for a couple of years. (We love them and own 3.) The diameter on the one we received is half that of the others, and the box says this is supposed to be a large.

I've contacted customer service multiple times and continue to reach their voicemail. My messages have gone unanswered. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I will not be making any future purchases with Petswag, nor will I be recommending them to our friends and family.

No tracking number, long wait and wrong item.

I did not receive a tracking number until I contacted customer service. The order took over a month to arrive. When the order finally arrived it was completely incorrect. I ordered a dog collar and instead recieved a burlap blanket. Very disappointed.

Disappointed

I ordered 2 different dog collars with credit card. Only one arrived, without explanation or contact from the company. When I emailed them to tell them that only one collar arrived, the response was that the other collar is out of stock and they do not know why this merchandise was still on the website. They refunded money for that collar to credit card, but... do you send part of what was ordered with no explanation or no action ? Really?

Exchange experience

PetSwag should offer exchanges. I have had to do a return and repurchase over the course of 3 weeks. Waiting for the return label, returning the package after having paid for shipping, and reordering the same collar in a different size prior to even seeing my credit on the statement because my dog can't be collarless. I love the quality and look of the products but exchanging collar sizes has been a painful and slow process. I have yet to receive my credit and the new collar.

Great product, long delivery

This is a great product, exactly what I expected. The only thing I was surprised by was the delivery time. It took about a week and a half longer than expected.

Hope you have patience

I ordered two dog beds and did not get them for almost 3 weeks.
No communication what so ever from Pet Swag unless I asked for it.
No one answers the customer service phone line..will only take a message during business hours (which I did) to no return phone call...ever. I left 3 messages. I did get a very helpful and nice girl to email me back quite a bit named Andrea. If not for her, I would have cancelled my order.
