Product Measures not matching with website description
I got my order and the measures of the product was smaller than the website description!
I tried to contact costumer service by email to complain about that but no one gave me a answer back!

Amazing service - Incredibly quick.
Amazing service . The delivery is so fast it’s practically instant ! I ordered late on a Wednesday afternoon, Thursday was a holiday and I received my package on Friday .

Very Very Very Bad service :( ordered 10 of April with private delivey. Received a message from DAO on the12 of April saying they were in my place at 8:04 a.m???? pretending they delivering the package, I find it really peculiar, that nobody RING A DOORBELL , i am a morning person I am very amused about it! Suddenly, i received an SMS telling me that the package will be handed on my nearest DAO Area and will send me a messsge if the package is ready pick up.message that was 13 of April...Well today is the 14th still no message.Decided to track my package, finally i saw the address for the pick up and decided to check it? Apparently, still there were no package been handed. Wrote a couples of email in customer service yesterday regarding about this matter?? Even the customer service DO NOT BOTHERED TO REPLY? Totally waste of time and money? If you need something about your pet and you need it fast delivery i do not recommend this company. 100% UNPROFFESIONAL.

Well packaged and prompt delivery
I had ordered some products as well as some live plants for my aquarium. It was delivered the next day and the live aquarium plant was very neatly packed so it arrived in perfect condition.

Online shop needs work.
There is nice choice online. but if you order something wrong (easy to do as its online and you cannot feel quality for instance) then you need to return it at your own cost which is not easy. The website also does not let you deliver to a pakkeshop so its more expensive to deliver to your home address. Products were okay, nothing amazing, nothing bad, just okay.

It is correct that the return is on you, if you order something wrong. If you order something wrong, you can either send the item back to us or return it in one of our many stores (Petworld/Maxi Zoo).
It is also correct that we have had some technical problems on our website. But it is now possible to order delivery to a pakkeshop again.
