It was fast and good. And I got a free extra bag of dog food😊
The only think is that I don’t have car and I think it should be home delivery for free with the things that are so heavy or when we spend a bug amount of money.

Poor service with faulty goods
I ordered food and water container for my chickens, it arrived and one of them were severely broken (packed broken) as the box was not damaged at all. Both were of such poor quality I asked to return the other item together with the broken one that I got sent a return label for. (Taken a week with sporadic emails back and forward) My answer to the return was that I had to pay for the packaged to be returned now due to one item just being a normal return and not a damaged item. I mean how ridiculous is this when they already have paid for the return and it's going back in the same box as it was sent in. If you cannot handle online orders or customer service remotely you should probably only sell from your shops. I will never shop with you guys again considering this very poor service.
