Petzoo have reasonable prices on the item's I need to buy...cheap postage and it's great that they are only in Qld as it does not take long at all to receive my order's.

Such a great company to buy pet products. I was upgrading some gear for my tropical fish tank and they had some awesome products. Their customer service is great and very prompt responses through email. High recommend!

Bought G Bird Swings because the smaller budgies love them. You just didn’t get enough of them guys.

They kept me up to date with my order and it arrived promptly.

I have been purchasing products directly from PETZOO for a couple of years. They have Consistent product availability, Free Postage, Speedy interstate delivery and a easy to use website site. never had an issue 10/10.

Bought a bird cage cover from KOGAN (first mistake)
Advertised with a photo of a large rectangular cage. Bought 80cmx160cm. $30
A tiny budgie cage cover was delivered with no avenue to return or dispute.
Scam.
Rubbish.

I bought 2 packs of Revolution for Dogs via Kogan, the items was delivered on time on 28 March (This is the reason why I put 2 stars rating).

In the advertising description on Kogan, they said there are 2 free bonus does for each pack. However, there are no free bonus does included in the pack.

I informed this issue via Kogan on 30 March, Kogan mentioned Petzoo have received my message. 2 days has gone and no one from Kogan or Petzoo contact me.

This is totally looks like an online fraud

Definitely should escalate this issue to Consumer Affair Victoria if the issue not being fixed.

I went to The Pet Zoo last week, found my products and was at the check out. The little girl at the register was not happy with the placement of my mask. She was extremely rude about the way she conducted herself. I fixed my mask, like she wanted, and she still was rude and told me that’s why they have curbside pick up for people like me. She reluctantly rang up my items. My mask moved slightly down when I was getting my wallet and then she said I HAD to use the curbside pick up because “obviously you can’t keep your mask on.” She started to delete my sale was not going to let purchase my items she already rang up! I called another customer service person over and the cashier was still complaining, but finally let me pay for my stuff. (Her tantrum caused me to spend more time in the store than was necessary.)
We spend A LOT of money on nutrition and entertainment for our pets. We will no longer be shopping at The Pet Zoo. We support local businesses when possible but if that’s how pet Zoo is treating the patrons of their store, we will happily go to Ak Mill and Feed. BTW, when I went to the Mill, I had no problems and customer service with a smile!

I placed an order for some Passwell Lorikeet food on Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday afternoon, I was treating a bunch of rowdy, rainbow, rascals with it in my back yard.
