Delays and let downs

After owning a terragrip mat for a couple of years and using it intensely I wanted to update, have a different colour and order an extra pro mat as a Christmas present for my husband, only to be told after waiting for 10 days (ordered beginning of December) that there’s a backlog and both would arrive end of January, beginning of Feb. Finally beginning of April the pro mat has arrived, but when I asked after the other mat, I got told they no longer do that colour and offered me a refund or a different colour which I previously already told them I didn’t want. Making me wait for 4 months only to communicate after I initiated is not good enough and I don’t think this company is either trustworthy or reliable in any way shape or form. If you want to invest in a decent mat, this is not the one.Their mat quality seems alright, though 2 years wear and tear has left my old terragrip in need of replacement soon, so maybe not as durable as they present either.

Long delivery, noisy & slippery matt

My husband ordered a Pro Yoga Matt for me for Christmas and after changing the color, I finally got it in early March as the original color (red) was back-ordered. I like the light weight of the matt and its thickness but I find it is both noisy and slippery. I practice in a hot studio and find both my hands and feet slipping. I don't feel anchored. The newness of the foam also means it squeaks a little. I am not sure I would have bought it for myself.

Go elsewhere

Always on sale 117 to 69.99 that's been since Aug last year! Mat has become very marked and discoloured quickly when I reached out to Pharamond to see if there was any advice/recommendations/warranty they have not even bothered to respond.

The mat is great and very durable so…

The mat is great and very durable so will last a long time. the principle of planting a tree is also nice. However I’ve chosen not to do this as I do not want to give my data to another provider. I’d rather you acted on my behalf and arranged for tree planting direct. I felt bit overrun with your emails afterwards so have unsubscribed. A shame as the product is great.

Husband ordered me a mat for Christmas

Husband ordered me a mat for Christmas. Computer glitch then delays?? It is now 22.03.23 and no mat. Have had to chase pharamond life constantly, otherwise nothing would happen. They are consistently misinforming us by email. I have asked for a refund.

Been waiting for almost 3 months for a…

Been waiting for almost 3 months for a yoga mat - no indication at the date of ordering that the mat was out of stock and payment was taken immediately - customer service poor - I have emailed regularly requesting an update on the status of my order and just keep getting told it will arrive in February- it’s now March no communication from this company unless I email them for an update - still being told in March that will get it in February - perhaps that’s February 2024.
This company have had my money since the beginning of December but I still have not received the mat
Could not recommend this company - deceptive about availability at point of ordering and shocking customer service

Where is the yoga love? Where is my mat?!

It has now been THREE MONTHS since I placed my order. I have had many exchanges with customer services and haven't had any compassion, only offers to refund my money - they really don't seem to care. I explained before that this was a gift for a friend, ordered in good time for Christmas. I have explained how disappointing this is. I have explained that I would like to be put in touch with a more senior person. Instead I have been told that they are just relaying messages from the warehouse and I can buy the more expensive mat or have a refund. I don’t want relayed messages, I want to speak to a more senior person - ideally the person who owns Pharamond Life, the person who is passionate about these products, the person who would have been delighted to see the photo I sent of my handmade replica of a Pharamond Life yoga mat that I made as a stand-in gift for my friend, the person who would be appalled to see all these reviews on Trustpilot.

I have a Pharamond Life yoga mat and it's great, but my experience with the company has been disappointing, frustrating and upsetting. Not at all reflective of a yoga brand.

Waited 3 months for a nonexistent yoga mat

Ordered a mat on sale in late December. I was really excited for it but didn’t receive it within the 2-5 days so I contacted them and was told they were out of stock and were expecting shipment in January. February comes around, and I ask them where the mat is. They tell me it will arrive mid to late February. I each out in March and ask where it is, and instead of responding they simply refund me? I think they were hoping people would just forget about the money and they could keep it.

Absolute disgrace

Like the majority of reviews. Ordered mat well in advance of xmas for a gift. Wasn't advised as out of stock until I contacted them just before. Now March still no mat, customer service is none existant. Stay away.

Like most of the reviews, I ordered a TerraGrip yoga mat for Xmas for the wife. 2-5 days guaranteed delivery and I ordered on Dec 21. Mat of course was never sent or delivered. In January my wife was told that this was the most popular color and would ship by end of the month. In follow up in Feb my wife was just told she would get a refund (which she did not ask for, she was just trying to get update) Received refund Feb 15. Just a TERRIBLE way of doing business

Delivery on time, company experience fine! However the courier just left yhe parcell at the bottom of the garden on view to any light fingers opportunist. Name change but same old Hermes, Leopards don't change their spots.

I ordered a mat as on the 27th December…

I ordered a mat as on the 27th December 22. The website showed it was in stock.
Mid January the mat still hadn’t been delivered. I contacted the company to be told that they were all out of stock and would send one out to me end of January/beginning of February. No apologies just an offer to buy a more expensive mat.
By mid February I’d still not heard anything so I cancelled my order and was told a refund had been actioned. Till this date (21st Feb) I’ve still received nothing. The customer service support, a person called Stephanie gives the attitude of not giving a damn.
Do not buy from this company. Terrible!

Could not care less

Like many others on here I to received poor customer service, saying that my yoga mat could be delivered in 2/3 days yet weeks later no mat. Constantly chasing them
with no response. They clearly do not care. I have asked for a refund again told 3/5 days but as yet not received.
I think they take your money but do not have the goods available..
Just bad customer service with no communication to let you know AVOID this company.
