Ordered a item that never turned up, tried to speak to customer services who fobbed me off with every email. Eventually get told the itme is out of stock and will send it when it’s back in stock. So they said they would refund the extra for next day delivery !! Guess what that never happened either been back in touch again and said that I wouldn’t use them again and it was such a bad experience. Their email to me was ‘’ good we don’t want you as a customer either ‘’ yet still no item or refund given.. reported to trading standards as it seems to be a constant problem with them after reading reviews online... I should have looked them up more before I bought from them... my advice is stay away it’s more hassle than it’s worth.

Quick delivery and excellent service, would recommend

Purchased item 13th Jan, Recieved 25th January when it was guaranteed 2-3days. Apparently they didn't have it in stock but still took my money, no email was to cover this., when you do ring them it only dials out 3x then goes to voice message.

If your happy to wait then fine but you will have to do the chasing.

i have been trying for over a hour to get online with this chemist tried to order in the end i joined the site to see if i could buy a product they advertised of being in stock i still never got in ? every time i pressed for a product i was told this page does not exist

I bought some ecological, fair-trade dental floss. The idea of avoiding plastic is somewhat offset by the ridiculous amount of packaging that they pack things in!
