I have buy the skin care products from Pharmacy at hand. All products are delivered to me on time also the sales representatives assist me well and help me choosing the right product. Recommended to everyone for sure.

Avoid at all cost.
Placed order 2000GBP 6 months ago - unable to deliver till today. Now they do not want me to refund my money back as they always say "you will get it tomorrow". Guess what I have no money and no goods either.

Ordered item online and PAID for shipping "Standard UK delivery (2-3) days £3.99". ELEVEN days later item arrived. I do a lot of online shopping and I have NEVER EVER had such a late delivery from a UK based business. Judging by some of the reviews on here they have a real problem with their shipping system.

Very poor customer service.

They delivered the incorrect product, have been awkward about getting the product returned and then just stopped communicating.

Will be returning product using "signed for" and if I have any more trouble obtaining a refund then will just use the small claims court.

Please avoid. I don't know if they are incompetant or just dishonest.

Placed an order on the 11th Jan. As of this morning it hadn't even been despatched. They have ignored all my messages and the 2 numbers I have for them are now out of service. The website still appears to be taking orders. Maybe their awful service has finally caught up with them. Am now wondering how im going to get my money back.........

I bought a range of products from this company. They sent them to the wrong address and it has now been over 2 months and I still dont have my refund of £6,000!!!! After numerous promises to refund me the money it has still not come to fruition and the person dealing with it wont even respond to any of my calls/emails or messages.

I placed an order over a month ago. My money was debited even though the products were not in stock and they had no idea when it would be and didn't notify me of this. After over a week had passed I had to make contact every time for the next 4 weeks! Still no products so I requested a refund, I just had no more time to spend chasing to be honest. Will never use them again. Shame as they have a good selection of products.

Overall bad experience, don't even go into any more details than that!

I placed an order with Pharmacy at Hand a couple of weeks ago. After 7 days had passed with no word, no dispatch notification etc, I emailed them enquiring as to the whereabouts of my order. They replied very quickly, stating that they had contacted royal mail, who had informed them that a card had been left at my address, and my parcel was waiting at the sorting office. This, it transpired, was a complete fabrication, no card had been left, no parcel waiting. Repeated emails over the next couple of days requesting the parcel tracking information were completely ignored. As it happens on returning home las night the parcel had been delivered, but clearly Pharmacy at Hand had not sent it until I enquired about it, and the fact that they chose to lie about it, then ignore me, shows a massive lack of professionalism, particularly bearing in mind that this is a pharmacy. I certainly don't want someone who conducts themselves in this way to be responsible for dispensing medication for myself or my family. My advice: go elsewhere. Plenty of other online pharmacies to choose from.

I had to contact this company due to a problem with my order. Proper customer service was almost none existent. They are arrogant and rude and give the impression they have very little interest in you once they have your money. I will not use them again. You might be OK if you have no problems with your order but why take the chance when there are, in my opinion, much more professional pharmacy suppliers.

It was a year back i thought to go for online pharmacy and i founded pharmacy at hand through Google. I placed an order and within a week the order was delivered at my home address.
i was expecting that they won't be able to fulfill their promises, but i was shocked to see their quick service.

It was a good start and i would like to purchase their product again and again. Although, they sent lot of email and offers, but still i like them for their genuine service.

I ordered items on Sunday, I received it on Thurs, according on the parcel, they dispatched out on Wed. I received few sample gifts from them, it is amazing that they are based on your skin condition to give you free gifts, how thoughtful they are. Highly recommended.

One disadvantage that is they will not send you an email to you that the items are dispatched out.
