I joined Phidias Propfirm as an affiliate and earned €75.60, which is clearly visible in the affiliate dashboard.
To be very clear: I am NOT asking for €75 to be withdrawn to my bank.
I only requested to use my earned affiliate commission to purchase ONE Static account, with the amount deducted from my affiliate balance.
Support refused this and stated that affiliate commissions cannot be withdrawn, credited, or even used internally unless the balance reaches $500.
The problem is that this $500 minimum is not written anywhere in the Help Center or public documentation. I carefully reviewed all relevant Help Center articles and could not find any clause mentioning a $500 minimum requirement for affiliate payouts or internal usage.
When I contacted support via Zendesk, they confirmed the $500 requirement but refused to provide any written policy reference. I asked them to point to the exact Help Center article or T&C clause — instead, my ticket was closed without answering.
I then raised the same question politely in their official Discord, asking only for policy clarification. Shortly after, I was removed from the Discord server instead of being given an answer.

I appreciate the acknowledgment that the minimum affiliate payout condition may not have been sufficiently visible in public documentation at the time of my request. That lack of clarity is precisely the concern raised in my complaint.
My position has always been simple: I am not requesting special treatment, but fair and transparent disclosure of material affiliate conditions. When earnings are displayed in the dashboard without a clearly accessible and visible payout threshold, it creates a reasonable expectation of usability.
If the $500 minimum is a fixed rule applied equally to all affiliates, I respectfully suggest that it should be prominently disclosed within the affiliate terms and Help Center to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future.
I remain open to resolving this matter constructively.

I agree with the person below.'My profit and loss will move in the wrong direction at times, the reflect not what the spread is. Phidias informed me that they can see the data and the trades and stop loss placement. If this is so then they should see the data lag, as well when the platform shows a giant red box that says "CRITICAL DATA ERROR". However, when this is brought up to them they always respond with "we dont see any problems".' THIS IS FRAUD IN THE USA

I am writing another review for Phidiaspropfirm.com because I successfully passed a 25k static account.
So what happens next? Phidias promises a $1,000 bonus and a live account worth £500 per account. You can pass a total of five accounts and receive $500 in your live account each time, up to a maximum of $2,500.
However, I only have one account. I received the $1,000 bonus, and the live account was activated on the same day, almost simultaneously with the bonus. All in all, it's very good because the support is also very fast, and the prices and system are attractive. Anyone who is seriously considering trading with prop firms should definitely take a look. Ive literally sent screenshots and recordings of the problem and they still say they dont see the problem. Its a shame, they could be a good prop firm, but they are just there to scam you out of money. You have been warned. If you lose money due to their horrible data, its your own fault.

Beware, they will scam you and then will kick you from the discord. Also dont get the deepcharts, it doesnt have any of the features.

Huge waste of money all trading platform are very sketchy. They lag. They get pop ups and they crash in middle of trades first day in the prop I couldn't make a trade bc of platform issues second day I enter a few trades and the computer kicks me off platform had trouble logging back in right away account basically blown thank God I uses a promo code or id be fuckn livid lesson learned this is a terrible firm and set up and no wonder they make the rules look great

Avoid Phidias Propfirm – Serious Backend & Compliance Issues
My experience with Phidias Propfirm has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I purchased an OTP (One-Time Purchase) account, which by definition should be fully usable without renewal issues. Shortly after, I was unable to place any trades due to their risk management system blocking all orders with a “Refuse – Risk Management system rejected request” error.
Support then claimed I had an open position on an expired contract (MNQZ5) and accused me of violating rules by trading it. This is simply false. I did not place any trade on MNQZ5 at all. Despite this, they labeled my account as “in violation,” restricted trading, and then stated that:
The account cannot be renewed
The position cannot be manually closed
Nothing further can be done due to “compliance issues”
So to be clear:
I was locked out of trading, blamed for a violation I did not commit, and then told the issue cannot be fixed—because of their own backend limitations.
This is not a trader error. This is a platform and contract rollover failure on their side, paired with poor support escalation. When issues get “complex,” there appears to be no real technical resolution path, just blame pushed onto the trader.
If you’re considering this firm, understand the risk:
Backend contract handling is unreliable
Support responses are contradictory
Accounts can be frozen without proof of wrongdoing
No meaningful way to resolve system-created errors
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless Phidias significantly improves their infrastructure, transparency, and accountability.
Excellent customer service. The team is quick to respond to messages and handled the matter. Although not to my satisfaction I see their side of things. First time needing to contact customer support.
