Phidias Propfirm 

I am disappointed with this prop firm after spending several months with them and investing several thousand dollars. There is a clear lack of compensation for traders, especially today with the Rithmic data issues. This is not the first time such problems have occurred. Other prop firms cancel the trading day in such cases, while Phidias, after more than 30 minutes, has said nothing and expects us to continue as if it were normal. For me, this situation affects my mindset

I can only speak to my experience with Phidias which has been outstanding. I am an experienced prop firm trader and picked up some accounts around Black Friday. No issues with account setup and trading the accounts. Once I hit the take profit my accounts were transferred to Cash funded accounts almost instantly.

I built up my accounts, adhered to their rules, and then requested a payment on December 19, 2025. Since it was a Friday, I received my approval on December 22, 2025 and was contacted that I would be moved to a Live account. I had the option to shift my payout to my new Live account (not at the 80/20 split, just the full amount requested). By that evening (Dec 22) my Live account was already active with the initial balance and then on the morning of Dec 23 the profit withdrawal I requested was shifted over as well, giving me a decently sized starting balance for a prop firm Live account.

During those two days I contacted their support team asking questions on the process, how the Live account would work etc. I got almost instant responses in which we had exchanged 4-5 emails in the matter of minutes. All of my questions were answered and overall their process and Live transition is one of the best in the industry. I highly recommend looking into them.

Spent *thousands* over the years. Finally quit after a rithmic outage deleted all my accounts, including funded accounts, and support says they won't restore them unless I provide proof they ever existed. Instantly banned from discord for sharing experience.

This is one of countless similar issues of extreme disrespect, fraud, and theft.

They couldn't be more condescending in every single last support communication. They also send fake promo emails with free bonuses etc; the bonus once paying is a link to their blog ad page.

You get what you pay for, never forget that!

I'm going to explain my experience with Phidias and will update it in real time as events unfold.

1. I had an account from which I made my first withdrawal.

2. I passed a second evaluation after that first payment.

3. I requested a first payment from the second account (my second payment from Phidias). The balances in the first account were $14,000 and $8,000, respectively. I had one trading day remaining in the first account before I could withdraw.

4. I received a congratulatory message about my performance, informing me that I was being moved to a live account.

5. I asked what would happen to the performance of the two accounts I was trading with.

6. They replied, and I quote, "Don't worry, the outstanding balances in those accounts will be transferred to your Live account."

7. I asked what the specific balance would be transferred to the live account, and they told me it was in the contract, which isn't true.

8. I received an email indicating that I would be credited with $750 per account. I told them that the accounts were $100,000, and they said that in that case, it would be $1,000 per account.

I want to express my astonishment and frustration after working with Phidias for some time and finding that all the effort I put into the balance of both cash accounts has been forgotten.

I understand that this step was unfair and premature, leaving me in a precarious situation as a trader after having worked these accounts all year.

I worked hard to build up profits, and it was all for nothing.

I would like other traders to be aware of this and not go through the trauma I experienced.

voy a explicar mi experiencia con phidias y la ire actualizando en tiempo real conforme lleguen acontencimientos.

1º Tenia una cuenta en la que consegui hacer mi primer retiro.

2º supere una segunda evaluacion despues de ese primer pago.

3º solicite un primer pago de la segunda cuenta (segundo pago en phidias). La situacion de las cuentas eran de 14000$ en la primera cuenta y 8000$ en la segunda. en la primera me quedaba 1 dia de operativa para poder retirar.

4º recivo una felicitacion por mi desempeño diciendome que me pasan a una live acount.

5º Pregunto que ocurrira con el rendimiento de las dos cuentas con las vengo operando.

6º Me responden palabras textuales "No te preocupes, los saldos pendientes de esas cuentas se transferirán a tu cuenta Live".

7º Pregunto cual sera el saldo concreto que se trasferira a la cuenta live y me dice que viene en el contrato cuando no es asi.

8º Recivo un mail indicandome que se me ingresara un saldo por cuenta de 750 $ , les digo que son cuentas de 100K y me dicen que en ese caso sera de 1000$ por cuenta.

quiero expresar mi asombro y mi fustracion despues de estar un tiempo trabajando con phidias y encontrarme como todo el esfuerzo convertido en saldo en las dos cuentas cash queda en el olvido.

entiendo que el paso ha sido injusto y temprano dejandome como trader en una situacion precaria despues de haber estado todo el año trabajando estas cuentas.

He trabajado duro para sacar adelante los profits y no ha servido parara nada.

Me gustaria que otros traders esten avisados y no pasen por un trauma como el que he pasado yo.

1 star, because they decided to cancel a day without a reasonable reason or explanation.
It was an error with Rithmic. The market halted so no trade made 28/11. Only Phidias in the industry decided to cancel Thursday profit….It looks like they start scamming people already, next issue will be payout denial without reason…. Just avoid Phidias Propfirm….They are not legit anymore…. When I expressed my opinion on discord with full respect … they just banned me and kicked me out also without any reason (( phidias is loosing legitimacy and traders from this situation. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Excellent Support
I've purchased few accounts with them without any issues before, however this one time I encountered an error and placed double order. I emailed support, and they responded quickly and resolved the issue. This is amazingly done within one email, well 2 after i raise it, but I've had issues with other propfirms you wont get resolution this fast. Kudos to the support team. They always deliver!!! Just what you need. Their offerings are excellent as well. I just hope they can reduce the activation fees soon like the others.

Phidias is undoubtedly a top-tier prop firm. Their support team is exceptional… always quick to provide accurate answers and resolve any issues, a quality that is unfortunately rare in this industry. Payouts are reliable with zero denials, and all trading rules are transparent and easy to understand. Kudos to the entire Phidias team for their outstanding service.

I Buyed one account of 25K with those guys...
But I've being "scammed?".
I try to follow every steps of login and usage of the account using the software that they provide the Rithmic Pro, the account on first, isint logging.. So after I call the support on email and after many emails, the account logged normally, but I cant trade anything!
I try to request my refund, because I've paid for something that I cant use!! And they just ignore me, saying : we dont refund!
But catch my money and provide services that dont work do you, right?
Never think in buy or use this shit platform.
And no, isint about weekend, because I'm trying here along the day...

I recently purchased a $25K Static account from Phidias during their Halloween sale for only $9 (evaluation phase) — such a great deal! I’m a careful person, so I didn’t go for the One-Time account (around $50, one attempt only) since I wasn’t fully confident yet.

After passing the evaluation, I paid around $80 to activate my live account. Then I had to reach a $1,500 profit target to move to the live phase with $500 and receive a $1,000 bonus payout — which I successfully received!

I’m very satisfied with their payout process — it’s super fast and smooth, and they even allow daily payouts, which is something I really love. It gives traders more flexibility and motivation to trade consistently.

My trading style is to copy multiple accounts at once — usually five at a time — so I had to go through quite a few evaluations before getting my first payout. To be honest, with a $500 max loss and $1,500 profit target, it’s not easy. I went through about 25 evaluation accounts before finally achieving a payout. But if you stay patient, stick to your plan, and have a solid strategy, it’s definitely possible.

Their support team is outstanding — quick responses, professional attitude, and always helpful. My KYC required me to redo my proof of address twice, but their team handled it smoothly and fast.

Overall, this has been a fantastic experience from start to finish — great pricing, fair rules, fast payouts, and excellent support. I truly believe every trader should give Phidias a try!

I had an issue logging into my trading platform. I contacted customer support and they resolved my issue promptly! This is my second review of Phidias and both are nothing but praise! I can't say enough great things about this prop firm. Phidias should be the blueprint for every prop firm before, during, and after them!

Drawndown is very small.
For 50K challenge you need profit 4000usd, but max loss is only 2500.
For 25K challenge is profit 1500 and max lost only 500usd.

I lost 40 chalenges. Payout 0 usd.

I've been trading with Phidias since January. Many ups and downs but one thing stands out, that's their customer service. Always very courteous, responsive, and resolves problems very quickly.
