I highly recommend this store!

I've already purchased from Philflora twice, and I'm pleased with their on-time delivery and customer service, since they never neglect to update and notify me about my order. The first one was for my best friend, who was feeling down due to a heartbreak, and I surprised her with her favorite sunflower, which she loved with the fererro. Thank you so much, Philfora! I highly recommend this store!

The most convenient way of buying flowers online.

Their staff helped me to choose the most appropriate arrangement for the 30th wedding anniversary of my parents. They even added other extra accessories to the bouquet like leaves, ribbon and wrapper with no extra charge.

My parents really loved the flowers and according to them, it was delivered right of time and the delivery man is very courteous.

I will now order another bouquet but now, it's for my wife and I am sure that she will be surprised how philflora arranged the flowers.

Bogus delivery confirmation

philflora1581574713 That is my invoice number. They are crooks! They sent an email confirming delivery. When my family in there told me they have not received anything from me. I ordered 02/13/2020 to be delivered 02/17/2020. That’s enough time and yet they failed to deliver. Worst thing is you lied about the delivery. I live in Vegas and my family is in Taguig. I’ve been ordering flowers from Phil flora for years. It’s for my dad who passed away years ago. I want to make sure that my family can put flowers in his grave so he knows we haven’t forgotten him. Phil flora broke that tradition. My mom got a call/ text from lalamove (whoever that company is). They were saying that no one is answering the door. They figrured delivery guy is at a wrong address. So the crooks at customer service sent me email confirming delivery. Do they honestly think this will pan out? THEY ARE LIARS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

Philfora is amazing to work with

They made all of our florals look amazing and beautiful....beyond expectation. When we contacted them, they immediately responded, and set up a time to meet. We showed to them the flowers that we wanted to be the highlighted flower, and they made arrangements and centerpieces around that flower. They checked in periodically to make sure that everything still looked good, and we didn't want to make changes. I worked night shift, and they are very understanding and did their best to contact me at a reasonable time for my schedule. Philfora is amazing to work with, and I highly recommend using this site for any of your floral needs.

Philflora ! 18 months to reply !! I received on Trust Pilot, your response to my comment of September 30, 2019 and this made me very amused. Apart from the fact that it takes you 18 months to respond

I ordered a casket of white roses for funerals of my young nephew. Delivery was at Sampaloc (Quezon Province) Everything was clear at time of ordering. Total invoice Pesos 5 800.00 including extra for delivery same day Pesos 1 550.00
2 hours after, I received a phone call from a florist advising that roses were not availables but they will replace by other white flowers for same value and would deliver before 5 PM.
At 8 PM nothing received ! I call the florist and they told me that the messenger went to a wrong Sampaloc and I would not received my order. If I want it they told me that I must go to to meet the messenger at about 20 kms or I must pay additional for delivery.
The day after at about 1 PM I received a message "Order definitely cancelled". No other solutions than to go to Lucban to buy another casket.
Talking with the lady preparing my casket, she told me "We just delivered a casket to the same address she confirmed that I was the receiver !! 2 hours before she received a message to deliver a casket of white flowers value Pesos 1 000.00 delivery included.
This florist do his best bus was only 6 roses in the casket and some other cheap flowers.
IO sent strong remarks to Philflora and asked for total refund and thet replied "Casket delivered, order completed ! No refund".
I sent them messages during 3 days but no reply. Finally I start a claim via Paypal and finally they proposed me a refund of "Same day delivery fees" Pesos 1 550.00 I refused. 3 days later Paypal advised me that they accepted to refund me the totality.
NEVER AGAIN I will order with this company !! They are SCAM !!

I received on Trust Pilot, your response to my comment of September 30, 2019 and this made me very amused. Apart from the fact that it takes you 18 months to respond to a message, I now understand the poor quality of your services and your dishonesty. Do you really think that I didn't keep evidence of our transaction ?? Invoice Philflora number 1567216737, Paypal statement of payment and refund. Those statements showing beneficiaries "I-MAP websolution, Inc" or "Pilipinasgifts" and an e-mail address "abudaddy.com" these three links referring to a Chinese website.
Who emits "Fakes" in this matter ??? All this only confirms what I have already said and what many comments confirm on the internet. Philflore is a SCAM !!!
But in addition to SCAM managed by a CLOWN !!!

This should be no star,philflora is suck totaly RIP OFF,i order flowers and supposed to be deliver yesterday on Sep 19 2019 for 11th year anniversary but the delevery guys refuse to delever and saying they not doing door to door,come on philflora i always do online and my wife always get the flowers except from your company totaly suck.never heard from you guys that you will contact us if you cant deliver it.To the Owner of the company manager and all the staff you guys are ridiculous its all about you and money once you got the money you dont look after your customer..

Ordered and never delivered

Ordered and never delivered. What's more disappointing was even after writing them an email they don't care, as long as they got your money that is it. Don't even try and be tempted to order from this website.

My go-to flower shop in the Philippines…

My go-to flower shop in the Philippines for over 5 years until... I think they went out of business. Since February of 2019, they no longer return email or answer my phone calls. They have delivered flowers for me with a very minimal problem and whenever I did have a problem, they fixed it immediately without any extra fees charged.

Philflora is sucks!!! I just finished trying to get an order…

I just finished trying to get an order but what I noticed is when I found what I wanted to send the minute I clicked on it the price jumped up by $7.00. I thought maybe it’s just the item I selected but I tried other ones and they all changed. I took pictures and emailed to ask why it’s doing that and they sent my pictures back saying the price is in the picture, which of course is the price it changed to in the second picture. Not impressed I was a returning customer and I didn’t notice that before.

Best Flowershop

Horrible Service and Product

I ordered 5 dozen long stem roses with a nice vase to be delivered. The vase arrived destroyed, and the roses smaller than a quarter, CRUSHED and half were DEAD!!!! I talked to customer service and they said its not their concern (blamed delivery), and have not heard a reply back from them in over 5 days... so now im out alot of money, a disappointed girl, and all i can do is review this horrible company. Please save yourself alot of trouble and money and avoid these people.

TOTAL RIP OFF

Do not deliver your order on time or complete. You will pay for a product that is not delivered and not what you paid for. Very Poor Customer Service and refused to provide refunds when they don't provide the service on time or complete. Delivered the order 3 days late and the flowers where all wilted and dead looking, not fresh at all. LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

I've been ordering from them since 2013 never had a bad experience they always deliver the right flower i wanted also they gave me free flowers for being a loyal costumer to them, If you're like me who's in LDR and you want to send your love to your partner I recommend doing business with them

quality product nd excellent prices

I have read some negative reviews but I have used this twice in 2 weeks. The flowers were very good quality and the delivery was late by one day on the second occasion. However my enquiries with the recipient explained that due to very extreme bad weather the delivery could not have taken place on the correct day.
If anybody is worried then do as i do and pay using paypal as they have a wonderfully easy system of refunding money if the goods are not delivered.
Yes I would definately use them again . I would much rather use a local company who i am sure are trying their hardest. well done

never trust this company!

I ordered for flowers to be delivered Feb14, but unfortunately no delivery happened. its only a waste of effort and money. Whoever whose name Abu Md S. Rahman, shame on you; for philflora your a big non sense.

very very poor website management

after i made the order i was trying to track my order emailed the customerservice 3x got no reply! then today aug 17 i tried checking my order is
says proccessed with no clue what time will it be delivered i set the date of delivery on the 18 w/c is tom until now i didn't get an answer and now just this very moment server can't be found anymore i think i'm going to be scamed 64$!!! gone i hope they know how hard it is to work for that money! for some reason website were working fine before i made the order snd after i paying bay paypal everything went from good to worst!

Delivery not as promised - was not notified about changes until after delivery

I made an order for 2 dozens of roses for delivery on Valentines. It was made specific in the order that delivery was to be made on the 14th. The online customer agent had confirmed the address before I made the order and said delivery would be made on time. However, delivery was made on the 13th and not on the 14th as promised, so kind of ruined the intention of flowers for Valentines. I ordered flowers for Valentines - not the 13th nor the 15th. Delivery on a specific date is a part of the product when your order flowers!

After delivery, I contacted customer service and asked about the early delivery and why I was not notified in advance, so I at least would have had the option of cancelling my order. It seemed that they suddenly got busy covering up their mistake by sending me a short email with a notification that my delivery would be on or before the 14th. But what use is that when this email came after a delivery notification? Totally useless. I then called customer service and they did not see the problem in not delivering on they date agreed. They kept saying they sent me an email notifying me about the early delivery, but somehow they could not get into their brain that this notifcation came AFTER the flowers were delivered. I do hope I will be compensated to some extent for not delivering as promised. That was afterall what I paid 2723 pesos for (71 USD)!

All in all a very disappointing experience. They did deliver flowers, but not on the agreed date. In my view delivery as promised is a crucial part of the service when ordering flowers. The handling of the case from customer service was totally unprofessional. I felt I was being completely ignored by customer service. I cannot recommend them to anyone else,
